Installer was smoking in my crawlspace while installing gas furnace and appeared under the influence. I don't believe their technicians are drug tested or background checked. This is a scam operation. Steve Malone is a smooth talker and seems easy to trust until you realize how much you overpaid for poor work. Do not hire. Absolutely do NOT hire.

He came within an hour of me calling to help with heat being down in the middle of this cold front. He went above and beyond and was so kind! I will be only using Steve at Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC!

Bait & switch tactics : misleading information, took money under false pretense. No attempt to resolve or refund. now slandering my complaint. What is the definition of fraud?

Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. From my first experience with their owner, Steve, I knew this was going to go well. This is not your average mom and pop broke service company. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones.

They have installed multi-units in 14,000 square feet mini mansions for me to repairing and installs on my rental homes and condos small as 952 sqft. I can trust Steve and his crews to tell me what's going on and get an understanding before I incur a charge. In addition, they accept multiple forms of payment and I think I have used just about all of them. LOL.

I highly recommend Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC. Did I tell you they installed a gas line in a formerly all electric home to get my buyer the gas appliances they wanted and installed a new water heater and took care of a sewage backup? I love these guys!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Subcontracted the installation of our HVAC unit to an inept installer. I've had multiple people look at the system and tell me what a bad job this company did. Would never recommend working with Steve Malone.

Go out of business. Scammed me out of 5500 then discovered he only wired up for AC, and didn't install motherboard, another 1000.00. Sad he gets away with fraud and deception, deceiving innocent people taking their money and talk about God and religion, Really?

To replace my main water line and fix a drainage issue in the backyard, Steve gave us an estimate of $4,100. I'm a first-time homeowner of a few months, and I was too trusting & naive to ask for a written quote. Steve began his con by charging me $1,500 instead of the stated $150 to assess plumbing issues at the house (Steve's response will be that. this is a clerical error on his part.) At the completion of the job, the price increased from $4,100 to $10,000.

His reasoning for charging us over 100% of the original price: "rock excavation" and "irrigation repair". I employed a licensed, Master Plumber to estimate the cost and specifics of this job. His estimate was $3,400. When I asked the.

I am so grateful for the quick and thorough service provided by Steve and Craig. Same day service is hard to find but is exactly what this company does. They took care of everything and had great customer service. It's important to help small businesses grow during good times but especially right now during this difficult time. God bless.

STAY AWAY from Steve, Greg, JJ & their whole crew! This company is an absolute farce! Working with them has been an absolute nightmare! We had 2 small leaks in our ceiling downstairs & called them to diagnose & fix the problem. It was on the bottom floor & Steve assured us that they could also put the sheetrock back in & mud it to where it would look like "nothing had happened", as in order to diagnose they would have to cut a hole in our sheetrock. Greg came out & incorrectly diagnosed the problem, as after his "work" & "fix," the next day we had 14 leaks in our ceiling!!!!

Yes you read right--FOURTEEN. We called Steve & he & JJ came out the next day to "fix" this problem that Greg created. JJ & Steve stated that Greg had misdiagnosed & thus created a bigger issue, but assured us that they had "fixed" the issue. Then Steve left & JJ was to put the sheetrock back up & mud the ceiling. He spent HOURS there & had very thick lines where he had cut into our sheetrock (please do yourself a favor & look at all the pics because you just won't believe that this is real).

He kept telling me that if I just paint over the lines I won't see them (he must think I look like a fool). I kept telling him that it looks horrible & that he needs to fix it to where it's satisfactory. He used an electric sander WITHOUT any plastic to protect our house & furniture, which left our WHOLE downstairs covered in white dust--we had to deep clean absolutely everting downstairs such as our couch, curtains etc. (again, please view the pictures that I'm posting because you will be absolutely shocked!).

After many, many hours & no improvement in the sheetrock JJ just left. It looked horrible (again please look at pics). The next day we called a painting & sheetrock company to fix our ceiling. They told us that JJ didn't even have the new piece that he put back in big enough, as there was about a 1.5 inch wide & 12 inch piece long of just pure mud in our ceiling (not attached to any sheetrock as he did not cut it the proper size)--Again, please see pics of this to believe it. JJ had also left wet paper towels & other junk in our ceiling.

And this is from a guy who told me he had 20 years' worth experience in sheetrock repair & mudding (yeah right! What a liar--I don't think the guy had ever done this before!). So we paid this other company to redo our ceilings again to fix the mess JJ, Greg, & Steve created--we had to repaint our whole downstairs ceiling (living room & kitchen)...and what do you know?!

A month later our plumbing issue is back again as another leak popped back up today. To say that we are livid & irate is such an understatement! JJ & Steve & Greg told us they are licensed plumbers but I really question the validity of that since they clearly can't only fix the problem, they actually just immensely exacerbated the problems! If you want a total mess & nightmare, this is the company to call!

Just as a side note too--as you read with other reviews--Steve will quote you a fee but then after the work is done, will find "reasons" to go much higher. He can't be trusted on so many levels.

Just had to give a big thanks and shout out to Buckhead Plumbing & HVAC. These guys were awesome. They came out in twenty degree weather on a Sunday evening, diagnosed and fixed my heater for a very reasonable price. They have excellent customer service and were a pleasure to work with. My technician even ended up living in my neighborhood. These. guys saved me and my family from an unbearably cold night.

They have my confidence and my gratitude. Thanks to Craig and Steve we have heat again! They were able to navigate my awkward attic and get a new furnace installed in one day. It works perfectly! Craig also fixed our AC issue. Will call them again with any other home related problems.

Steve was recommended after my last contractor half-assed a job and bailed half-way through. Steve talked to me that day and had someone out there the next day finishing a HVAC install, sheetrock, and a complete flip. While it says Buckhead Plumbing, Steve does it all. I tried it the cheap way on my own and wound up spending more. Steve was a. life saver and cannot recommend him enough! Responds at all hours and has simply been the best part of this whole renovation. If your like me and have gotten frustrated with trying to find a "reliable" contractor/do it all guy, Buckhead Plumbing/Hvac is it!

For the first time ever I was satisfied with my HVAC installation. Steve gave us a quote, walked us through the whole process, as well as educating us on the best options. He was very thorough in completing his job in a timely manner. I have had my HVAC control system for over a year and had the chance to check out the performance of both the condenser and furnace, which both run smoothly.
