Norm The Plumber

He and assistant plumber pushing and shoving each other in parking lot playing around calling each other racial and sexual slurs. 2 grandfather aged, overweight men acting this way in this world at this time. Unacceptable. We could all see and hear them from our windows.

Blamed another plumber for making him late. More interested in talking politics in a loud voice than working. Nosy questions. Insisted I stay in room with him while he worked.

A one man operation who brings in ex felons and addicts to perform services. He does not tell you this up front. he changed price on me at last minute too. The men he sent over then became dissatisfied and were talking about Norm when he was not in the room based on the fact he wasn't giving them their "fair cut". Awkward. One man became very sexually explicate with my preteen daughter I found out later. Had to call in plumber to repair the plumb job done by this company.

Norm installed a new water heater in my home. He is truly a professional and gentleman. It was a pleasure working with him. He did an excellent job with the installation but more important to me, he was a gentleman througout the whole process and follow up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Norm to anybody needing a new water heater. He's a good man.

To say I am pleased would be putting mildly. This is the second time I have had Norm do work on my house. First, the replacement of the cast iron sink drain and air pipe. Old houses are a challenge since they were built back in the 70s just different. Whatever problem the house threw at Norm, he was very creative on solving the problem. Today, Norm replaced my grill gas line and fixed the code issues of the fly by night guy I had original had done the work. Norm is great at what he does, his prices our fair and I can feel great on the job he is done.

I am very anal person, handy man and like to inspect while the work is being done.As I watch and ask question, Norm takes the time to educate on why and what he is doing. He is my go to plumber and I highly recommend him without any concerns. Great honest man!

Norm the Plumber of A1 American Plumbing saved our skins! Tree roots had grown into pipes in the front lawn causing an overflow of septic into our basement via the commode. We called several large & highly advertised plumbing services in Marietta who came out and gave us estimates that had us near tears. To repair the damage we would have to take out a 2nd mortgage on our residence!

Our family and neighbors ONLY use A1 American Plumbing! Once or twice, if A1 American was booked that day, I did call other companies for estimates.needless to say I sent them on their way & called Norman at A1 to rescue us!

Norm and Tyler did a great job fixing terrible sewer clog from a 12' long and 6 diameter root! True professionals and a great job at a fair price. Norm is my guy for all things plumbing related. Thanks Norm and Tyler!

Does a great job, is fair and his work is solid. Don't go cheap on plumbing repairs. Norm will save you money in the long run.
