Sundial Plumbing

I got a leak in my grey poly plumbing under my concrete slab. Some of my plumbing is under the concrete and some runs thru the attic. Sundial gave me an estimate of $2400 to reroute the part that is under the concrete, and said that would restore water to the whole house. They cancelled one appointment. They were a no-show for the 2nd appointment, even though I called that morning to confirm.

They arrived today and said the work cannot be done in the way that was originally estimated. They are going to have to tear up a lot more of my house, significantly increasing the price. So I decided to just to tear up the concrete and repair the pipe instead. They wanted $3700 for that, so more than the original estimate to reroute. I am now getting the repair job under the concrete from another plumber for $1600, but they can't come until Monday, so that is 3 more days with no water.

Mark did the work on this job. He was very professional and did quality work. Had a few more jobs for them this week, but they were booked until days later. Business must be good. Services: Toilet installation, Faucet installation

Sundial provided quick assistance with a leak to the water shut off valve which delayed installation of our new refrigerator. Mark was professional and presented all options to us before we moved forward with the shut off valve replacement. He did a good job and a thorough cleanup when he was done. We have used Sundial many times over the years in our home and we are never disappointed by the quality of the service they provide.

It's bad having a leak but hen your 2 main breaks and not even Cobb County water can tell you how to cut off the water it's a straight up disaster! Sundial not only showed up 24 hours before anyone else could, they showed up before even they said they could! That is Service. Their people had the water off and were working on digging down to the repair in minutes of arriving. Big shout out to Amber Britney and the entire crew at Sundial. Needed a plumber next day after discovering a leak, all that I called were busy until the next day. Left a message with Sundial - they called back that morning and had a person to my house at 10am to find/repair leak. Price was very reasonable compared to a similar repair from a different service. I'll be going with Sundial as my primary moving forward.

The common drain in our 1921 apartment-building stack had a super clog in two spots from concrete dust and other solid waste from renovations. Adam brought in the right tools, the right know-how, and a can-do attitude that saved the day for our unit and the unit above. Ian and Marvin did a great job. Friendly and competent. They figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. They wore masks and booties to protect my floors, and left the bathroom clean after repairs. They were warm and friendly, and would not accept a tip despite my cajoling. I highly recommend them.

After getting an outrageous quote from another provider I polled my neighbors on Nextdoor and Sundial was mentioned several times and was also recommended by my HOA. One thing I really liked was that the schedule coordinator texted me to confirm that their plumber was 30 mins away instead of calling. He showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue, quoting me HALF what the other company did. Really great service, personable staff and I will DeFINITELY be using them from now on. This is the 2d time I have used Sundial. Previously they replaced a toilet & gave advice about the septic tank. Very positive experience. This time, kitchen sink stopped up. I left a voicemail Sunday evening; they called back 30 minutes after the office opened about and dispatched a technician for 10am to 2pm. Received a call that he was 30 minutes away; Mark was in my driveway by 10:40! Masked and bootied. Did the necessary & out in 1/2 hour. Love this company!

We have always been pleased with SunDial as they have done work at our 4 properties. Today we had Gary come to take a look at one of our toilets which is not a high quality item. We have talked about replacing the 4 toilets in the house and Gary had answers to all of our questions. We went with his recommendation which was the type of toilet we were hoping for.

He was willing to go and pick up the toilets and install them TODAY! What service! And he worked until after 6 PM to complete the job! Way to go Gary! I recently selected sundIal to perform a large job at my house - replacement of cast iron pipes, replacement of water heater, change valves on 2 hose bibs and replumb both water lines and drainage lines to a utility sink in my basement. I have to say that I was pleasantly pleases by the team from sundial - Gary - Ronnie & Alex. They were all very professional and performed and excellent job at a very reasonable on able price. I will be calling Sundial first for any future plumbing needs moving forward.

While inspecting a commercial property in Atlanta I noticed water pouring out of a hole in the parking lot. Jan 2018. We contacted the seller's broker as we wanted this inspected and repaired before purchase. They hired Sundial Plumbing and the repair was so bad it failed not 6 months after I purchased the property making me spend THOUSANDS to fix it correctly.

This is what my plumber had to say: The ditch was not properly back filled, as they used the previously removed and contaminated asphalt for backfill. The water line repair was completed with schedule 80 PVC (gray), however they left all the other schedule 40 PVC (white) which should have never been used in the first place. They also left the schedule 40 PVC fitting above ground and not protected from weather or traffic.

We removed all the bad thin wall schedule 40 pressure PVC from the sub-meter to horizontal connection and replaced it with copper piping. I doubt they pulled a permit or had it inspected because it NEVER would have passed.

We have used this company twice. A neighbor recommended them. Both times the technician was very knowledgeable and competent in doing our repairs. Chris W was our service pro today. He explained the problem and fixed us up in no time. Our first call was a bit complicated and Alex was also very professional and solved the problem. I would highly recommend this company. Most impressive also was the hand written thank you note we received.

We have used sundial for the 15 years that we have lived here in East Cobb. Everyone is always very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. Chris W. was exceptionally knowledgeable in this particular situation, we had an emergency with a leak, although it wasn't a plumbing problem, Chris found some things that needed to be addressed and fixed them so if we encounter that particular situation again in the future, it will be far easier to manage.

I can't express enough how pleased I am with Sundial Plumbing. Melissa was incredibly friendly and personable and beyond helpful with scheduling a good time for their Service to come out to my house. They are very easy to get in touch with always answer the phone and call you back very quickly. Chris serviced our house initially for an incredibly clogged kitchen sink (old house, unusual piping underneath) and he was super fast, incredibly efficient and his customer service is impeccable.

He noticed that our faucet hose wasn't working properly and leaking along with one or two other things that I already knew needed fixing but he was very insistent on getting these things taken care of for me. He showed genuine care for these things to get properly taken care of. He was back in no time within a day or two to replace our faucet in addition to fixing another problem, (that I don't know much about, haha, but I trusted his knowledge and expertise. Needless to say I am an extremely satisfied and overall happy customer to have had service from this company. It's very rare to have work like this done from a company that shows genuine concern and interest in helping take care of what you need. Sundial is the plumbing company you want to go with.

Called Sundial Plumbing to fix the water temperature in my master bath shower. Chris came out, quickly fixed my problem and did an inspection of the water pressure at the water heater. Turns out I needed to decrease the pressure in order to avoid future problems. He was able to resolve that as well. Chris did an EXCELLENT job!

We came home to a waterfall in our garage; the pressure valve had failed. We called SunDial Plumbing for assistance. The dispatcher was courteous and profesional. She tended to us in short order, despite it being almost after hours. She sent Randall Jordan to us. He did not keep us waiting long. Randall was supremely competent, polite and competent.

Sundial is the best! Mike bryan was very cordial and helpful to me last year when I had a problem with an inaccurate water meter. So when some hard hammering in the water pipes started up I called Sundial Jesse came to do the work He took time to explain the problem and how it could be remedied.

Workers showed up on time as scheduled. During the initial walk around I mentioned an additional repair I needed and they included it with no additional cost. I felt a bit concerned that the additional repair took quite a bit of time that they weren't anticipated, but they completed all repairs and didn't increase the bill. I wouldn't expect them to do that routinely, and they may re-evaluate their costing procedures to accommodate these additional unscheduled repairs, but I am a happy recipient of their work. I will definitely call on them for any future work that might crop up. I highly recommend them!

I have a book of "best picks" for the Alpharetta area and I called a couple places for estimates. Sundial was the only place I called that did have a $40 estimate fee but that amount was applied to your balance should you choose them. Darrin was the plumber that Sundial sent to me. His professionalism, knowledge and how thorough him and his crew were on the estimate is what won my business.

They were able to come out the next day and I not only had them fix the original problem but also had them replace my water heater. I'm very impressed by the work that Darrin, Joel, Jonathan and Nick did at my home. They left my yard as clean as possible and were very respectful of my flooring in my home by wearing shoe covers. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and professionalism! Thank you guys!

I am a new homeowner and had my water heater go out last night and didn't want to go through the night without any hot water. I called Sundial and a technician came out, replaced my water heater, .

Had Sundail out twice. Once for water heater replacement and the other for a running toilet. They aren't the cheapest (or most expensive so calm down) but you get what you pay for. The whole experience from scheduling to paying was polite, professional and efficient. Marvin who did my toilet was on-time, explained everything, fast all, and FUNNY. Don't know how but we found out we even share the same aversion to clowns! My bathroom was left just as neat as when he arrived. Payment was easy and no surprises. I will be keeping this company in my contact list.

I tried out this plumbing service for the first time for a small job I had. A bath tub faucet broke and could not be turned off. I had to turn the water off in my house until I could get this fixed. I called Sundial and their office was friendly and able to schedule me the same day, but I opted to wait until the next day, a Saturday. They gave me a window of four hours, from 8:00 to Noon.

On Saturday, I got a call a little after 8:00 telling me someone would be there in the next 30 to 45 minutes. The plumber came right about in that timeframe. It was nice to have them come at the beginning of their four hour window rather than at the end. The job was pretty straightforward and he gave me a quote of $125 before doing the work. I signed the quote and he finished pretty quick.

He also had some suggestions for a few other things in my bathroom. The worker was professional and friendly. I got really good service from this firm and would recommend them for anyone else needing plumbing work.

Recently bought our first house which needed a good bit of updating due to some less than perfect work done by the contractor years ago. Contacted Sundial Plumbing for a price quote for the installation of a new hot water heater.

Worked with Sundial Plumbing for about eight years now. A wonderful company to do business with. They come highly recommended.

Did the job, but charged an arm and a leg. I was charged extra for them draining a pipe, and the reason I called them was because my drains were backing up. Seems like that should be part of the initial charge for them unclogging the pipe.

Mitzi seems to have a nice smile on tv and convey the right message, but much like our politicians, the smile is decieving. They did a poor job on my homes plumbing needs and were not very attentive to my dissatisfaction.

Charged an arm and a leg to install a kitchen faucet that I provided. Then the technician left without ensuring that the faucet was working correctly. Original technician blamed it on the brand new faucet, when in reality it wasn't the faucet at all.
