When I saw Mr. Timothy at my front door; his presence was as good as fresh air to me. For his name speaks for it self, Now that we had a true sit down conversation about Allgood services. I couldn't have made our decision any sooner. For there was many estimate services that have not showed up. For the AC business owners are in far demand of this service, NOW I could go on and on of the services and knowledge I received from Mr. Timothy that I could be writing until Jesus come back again but my friend; there's not enough space. Knowing before he left, the assurance that Allgood services will be with us for any service. Thanks Allgood but last but not least thanks Timothy.

Owen was extremely professional and thorough in solving water that showed up on our basement floor. I immediately appreciated his timeliness and that he had booties ready to go without me even asking! He quickly identified the source of the water and clearly explained the issue with pictures (what originally seemed to be a water heater issue turned out to be a clog in a nearby drain). Owen was able to resolve it quickly, and explained how we could prevent it from happening again.

ALERT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! ARROGANT LADY MANAGER/OWNER! We got a brand new heating and cooling system from Allgood last year. The AC unit caused issues 2 times especially in summer. I called and try to get an appointment for a quick check. There was lady who talked to me. Initially she claimed herself the Manager and she told that she is the owner of the company.
I really don't care who she is. But there is a way to talk to any customer. She was very arrogant and yelling at me. I got product from her company, but she talked like I made a mistake by calling the service line around 5:30 pm. I can't call the service people before the AC issue. Does she think I can see the future?. May be AllGood plumbing should advise the AC unit(their Product) to stop working around morning time, so it will be easy for them to take a service request. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! they don't come on time! We got damp spots at home after installing new AC unit, no one helped us to rectify it. Once the labor warranty is over, they don't like to do repair for you. BE AWARE!

Allgood Plumbing/Electrical Service sent Danny out to reconnect my electrical power line back to my house after a neighbor's tree felled and disconnected it from my home. He did an excellent job and continued to follow up until Georgia Power came back out to connect power back to my home. I would recommend their company for anyone that is in need of a reputable business to have work done.

On 4/15/22, T. Barrett with All Good came to our home and did a wonderful presentation. We were told about this grand HVAC system we could get installed; wifi controlled, different temperature settings for each level of our home etc. We agreed to pay about $29,000 for the top notch system. On 4/1922, All Good came to our home to start the work to complete what we were promised would be a 2 day job.
The staff was friendly but didn't have on shoe covers, masks nor gloves as the company advertises on their website (my home cameras can prove it). Less than a few hours of them being in our home the broke the stairs & framing to our attic that is in our son's bedroom. We were told a contractor would come within 24 hrs to repair the damages. On 4/20/22 a manager came to inspect the progress and/or lack thereof.
He told my hubby a contractor would come later that day to repair the damages. He reported NO concerns with the installation process. 48 hours later, they were no where near complete as promised. Therefore, I had to cancel my plans to allow them access to our home. Not to mention i had to cancel my book club meeting because they basement install wasn't done & it was still in disarray.
And still no contractor for the attic repair. On Friday, 4/22/22 we were told they COULD NOT install the system we payed for & was expecting to get. This was a blow because the manager came out & reported NO concerns a couple of days prior. Had we known we couldnt get the Zoning system we financed to have done we would have went another route. I feel on day 1 they knew this but wanted the business/money.
We were lied to and basically SCAMMED. The staff said a manager would call & give us a refund for the zoning system we payed for. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US & WE HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. On 4/25/22, my husband & I called to report or concerns. A quality assurance manager promised he'd contact a contractor & a manager. He told us someone would definitely call us on this day.
I sent him an email also if my attic & my son not being able to sleep in his bedroom due to safety issues as a result of the damage they caused & failed to repair. It's 4/26.no call or word from ANYONE about the damages to our home Or refund.

Danny from Allgood came to my home and fixed an electrical issue that was causing the lights in 2 bedrooms to not work. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He fixed everything quickly and the price for the repair was fair. I will definitely use Danny and Allgood again! Service:Installation

I called for a drain line cleaning. At 4:30 in the afternoon they said they could get someone out there after hours. I said that would be fine. They did call me back and said they couldn't get anybody out that night but told me they could get someone out there the next morning between 9 and 1. I called at 11 the next morning to do a follow up. I'm glad I did the dispatcher never put me down on the schedule.
I was very upset and went with another company. I had used Allgood in the past before they were bought up by a bigger company. This is what happens when the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Danny came out and helped me with my older electrical system in our newly purchased home. It's an older construction, so I really felt the need to have an electrician take a look. Danny showed up on time, was extremely detailed about what work was taking place and why, and offered multiple solutions for things while not pushing any given solution based on price or ease of installation. It was a wonderful experience, and we will be using him again in the near future to help us update more of our new (old) home!

I'm a fair and reasonable person, so I waited until now to post this review. A few months ago, I contacted them about an excessive leak from my 1 year old a/c that was causing damage to my attic and ceiling. I now know that it was because a part of the unit was installed improperly. Thank goodness I was able to fix it on my own and it no longer leaks.
Works even better. However, I initially contacted them in hopes that they would be able to repair it with no further stress to my family, home or wallet because, as I previously stated, this unit was installed brand new, around a year and a few weeks ago at the time I called them. Long story short. They tried to charge me upwards of $200. I missed two days of work waiting on a technician and a proper assessment on how they would handle the whole matter.
The dispatchers I talked to were all wonderful. I repeat, wonderful. One of them even offered an apology. My gripe is with the owner of this company, PR personnel, and other so-called higher ups. Absolutely horrible disrespect for me, my time and wallet. I have yet to hear from any of them, much less an apology. They will do the usual damage control in this review section but I would not recommend them to anyone and I would advise any potential customer to beware.

Attention! World. Allgood Plumbing Expert Mr Terry H came out to our home very promptly and was very knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and very skillful and did an excellent job replacing a deformed, malfunctioning, poorly constructed 50 Gallon Hot Water Tank which was a second replacement previously installed by a Sears Tech which was named a Miser 8 Hot water Tank.
