I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Brad's Heating and Cooling for almost 20 years. He is the most honest and knowledgeable HVAC contractor in Jacksonville. I would not trust anyone else in my home to make sure our system works perfectly. Brad installed UV units to kill germs and limit allergens. He is a consummate professional and that is why I have used him in all three homes I've owned in Jacksonville.
He recently installed the new units at my new home and his knowledge is so obvious. I sleep better knowing Brad designed my system, installed it, and if ever needed, would service it. Before Brad, I had one of the largest NE Florida HVAC companies coming quarterly to "service" my home. Then Brad said, "You know your system is completely closed and you don't need quarterly service." I asked him, "When do I need service?" He said, "When it isn't working, call me, otherwise don't waste your money on a guy coming to tap his wrench against your ducts for half an hour and charging you for nothing." Honesty, integrity, decency, quality, service--these are the watchwords of Brad's Heating & Cooling. I would use his company over and over and recommend Brad's without any reservation. You cannot find a more highly qualified HVAC company anywhere!
