Simply put it is terrible. The pool service guy that comes does the bear minimum. Skims the service of the pool (barely) and then throws in a few tablets of chlorine into the float and leaves. Never empties the catches, never brushes the sides, and never ever vacuums the pool no matter how dirty it is.
