Critical: Responsiveness Installed our pool and landscaping and when I called for service, to replace the pool light that went out, it took almost 2 months to get them to come out and charged me over $2,000! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Whelp I can't say much after three attempts to get in touch with then over 3 months I haven't heard back. Not a peep. Just wanted a pool put in my backyard. Friend recommended them to me and it hasn't gone well. My first attempt was their email forum, second was a phone call, and my third was an email and a phone call. Nothing yet fingers crossed

We're looking to build a pool and were referred to Aquienta Pools by a friend of a friend. We met with Derek, who we discovered during our meeting, is the owner. Aquienta is a smaller company with a dedicated crew of employees. Derek honestly explained our options and financial implications as we discussed our hopes and wishes. He offered an opinion when asked making the initial process informative and exciting. With the economy currently being what it is due to COVID, we'll probably delay our decision as to when but the who, Aquienta Pools, has been decided.

We had our yard demolished, the debris removed, a pool and spa added and are now having Aquienta complete our landscaping. We researched and interviewed several pool building companies prior to choosing Aquienta. Aquienta had vision and the most up to date systems. They also explained all options to help us make informed decisions without trying to upsell us.

The owner of the company came on site often to follow up on the work completed. The staff was great to work with and were very proficient at good customer service. They kept us informed at every step. The work crews and all staff were courteous, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this company based on our experience.

So disappointed in the company. We worked with them several years ago and they did a great job. This time, nothing. David was out to give us an estimate and seemed nice enough, saying he would need to have their concrete guy look at the property. Then I get a message from the office that they don't have a concrete person to do the work. You do pool construction and you don't have someone who does concrete?

I called them back and said we'd be willing to wait until they got a person who could do the work. Kim, who answered the phone said she would talk to David to get further detail about the reason they couldn't do the work at this time, but she never got back to me. When I called her again, she was evasive and unhelpful and simply suggested I email David. I both called and emailed David and he never returned my call or email. Nothing. Boo Aquienta Pools.

The team at Aquienta did an outstanding job of building our pool They kept us updated on every phase of our pool project. They were easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions. The quality is really good and it was impressive to see the owner of the business personally out to inspect each phase of the job. High Recommend them.

I've been using my Aquienta Pool for over a year now and couldn't be happier with it. The building process went very smoothly, and I was kept informed about each step by the staff. We are wanting to remodel/resurface our pool with pebble, but have been unable to obtain a quote. I was told that someone would be able to schedule quote with me within 1-2 days. After a few days, i called back in and was told someone should be reaching back out to me by end of day. A week passes by and still nothing. I call back just to be told the same thing again.

After a few more days pass (couple weeks total at this point) i get a call to schedule a quote. The guy comes out next day and says he will contact me with my quote in a couple of days. This is weeks ago and i have still not heard anything back. Really seems like they just do not care about customer service at this company.

Every person we worked with at Aquienta, from the designer Scott, the project manager Taylor, the crew Mario, Facundo, and Oscar, and the owner Derek, was courteous, friendly and professional. We had a bad experience several years ago with another company, so we were a bit apprehensive when we started this project. This project was a major face lift to the back yard.

I can't express enough, what a genuinely good experience this was. Scott provided wonderful ideas and options. Taylor was extremely responsive and thorough. Mario, Facundo, and Oscar, walked us through the daily processes and were helpful and responsive when we had questions. They even took care of a couple of unforeseen hard-scape issues, making the backyard look even better than anticipated.

The project was completed on schedule and any follow-up items were addressed immediately. Even when the project was complete, Derek contacted us to make sure we were happy with the yard and our experience. I would highly recommend Aquienta!

We love our new backyard and pool built by Aquienta Pools. From the design to the details, Derek and his team carefully oversaw each step of the project and communicated consistently with us. Each of the sub-contractors we worked with were professional and proficient in their craft. From the pavers to the shotcrete to the pergola, the workmanship is first rate.
