Down Under Pool Care has done a fantastic job for us with any of the miscellaneous issues we have had come up with our pool. Our in-floor cleaning system was not getting the pool as clean as it should have been. Down Under was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue which ended up being a minor fix. We needed to drain and fill the pool and the charge was very reasonable.
Every service we have had including a full pump replacement was reasonable. Great communication too. Luke has taken our cartridge filters off site to clean and service them and brings them back clean which is awesome. We are glad to have found Luke and would recommend him to anyone!

Thank you so much Luke and his crew once again have my pool covered. I have used DUPC for several years now, and they always come through. Recently I was out of town during the storms and messaged Luke if he could have someone go give the pool a check they did and had everything taken care of all the while I was enjoying the the beach! So thankful for their responsiveness and dependability! So hard to find service you can count on, so glad to have found DUPC!

Best pool service we have had in 6 years! Luke identified and fixed an issue we were having in about 10 minutes after the previous service had made 3 trips with no success. I've since hired Luke for our weekly year round maintenance as well as for several upgrades and improvements we had been putting off for a long time. He is easy to reach, responsive and very knowledgeable. Without a doubt an ethical and hard working guy that wants to do right by his customers. Highly recommend!

I had a break in my underground pic pipes and left a message on Sunday. Luke from Down Under called me Monday, and was at my house early Tuesday morning. My pipes were repaired that day! We had even agreed on a fair price, but Luke found an additional broken pipe and repaired that as well with no additional charge.

Luke and his crew at Down Under Pool Care are Amazing! I've gone through several different pool companies in the valley and Down Under is leaps and bounds better than the rest. My pool is cleaner than it has ever been. Any problems, repairs, or other concerns are addressed by Luke the owner directly and promptly responded too. The service techs are professional and reliable. You can't go wrong with them.
