This is one of those businesses that deserves ZERO star but you need to give them 1. A terrible, Terrible business. The pool people we originally had sold their business to them, and from there everything went downhill and we had a serious of repairs and not so perfectly clean pool. Never respond to out questions in time but always so good in calling us for billing.

Well actually this business no longer exists! We received an email from another pool business, notifying us that they will be taking over the pool service at ours starting April 2017. NOTHING FROM AZ POOL AND CARE TO LET US KNOW THAT! Before that they said our heater is out of order and needed to be replaced - Guess what, with this new pool service's recommendation we got one manufacturer-authorized repair person and he did repair it for $150 in a couple of hours!

I had az pools come out to fix my pool and all they did was clean my grids. After that we found a couple of pipe leaks one above ground and one below and Jada told me that they would be out to take care of it and it has been 3 weeks. I have totally given up on this company they are terrible. They tell you they will be out and nothing happens. If your looking for a pool service don't use them.

Arizona Pool Care Repair and Remodeling LLC had one job to do and that was to keep my pool sparkling clean and they failed miserably. It was June of 2016 when I got a call from the property manager saying that she hired this company to check out the pool. They decided I needed a larger filter and a piston. I wondered why since the pool has been with the house since it was built in the 1990's and the filter always worked prior to this incident.

None the less I went with it since I didn't want a Green pool. The pool never regained its clear & clean appearance after the service, as a matter of fact it wound up looking like split pea soup at the end of the summer. The Neighbors became concerned about the potential health hazard. So I hired a new property management service along with their affiliate pool company. They had to empty the water out and refill the pool and now it is once again sparkling clean without the disastrous help of AZ pool care repair & remodeling LLC. in Mesa.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Consistently "Over promises - under delivers". Hired 2 months ago for pool re-plastering, water auto lever addition, tile replacement etc and they still have not completed this job per contract. All "contracted" work that was subbed out was done with little or no issues (primarily pool demo). Plastering was an issue due to faulty generator on Phil work truck that was being used, by-product of plaster water running down he street gutters and tracking into cobble driveways. Neighbors were NOT HAPPY about that matter.

After we were advised that they use all their own employees. Simply an outright lie! Just hire CDC who they sub most of the work out to. However when they attempt to perform their own work we continue to have nothing but re-do after re-do. They never clean up behind themselves and at one point we had to get a dumpster delivered to haul all debris in order to pull off a Mother's Day celebration at our home. Yes, I said Mother's Day like back in May.

Remember they started in April and the job is still not completed after stating it would take two weeks start to finish! But owner Phil wants his money and threatens lien prior to job completion. Really? Try communicating Sir with your employees, contractors and better yet us the consumer your customer and you would know that you haven't earned your money!

Auto level issues (Internal float now encased in concrete and will not function after replacing complete concrete leveler a second time and is still non-operational), cracked cool deck due to drilling for auto leveler water line under cool deck, burned out pool motor while performing tests on their watch all of which are now falling on us for repair / replacement because the owner Blah, Blah Blah. Phil is AWOL.

Owner is completely non - existent to his "customers" and seems more interested in planning his wedding than his customers that I dare say afford him the opportunity to pay for said wedding. ROC here we come. Phil - you should of just did the job right as promised. You have been paid over $6,700 and now you threaten home lien on a job that is not complete.

See you in small claims and good luck performing work without ROC blessing with your license now on the line! Oh congrats on your engagement - hope you handle that better than you handle your business.

RUN, don't walk away from this company! The owner avoids any and all communication. Many promises made and broken. Will "sell" you hard to earn the business, don't fall for it. Threatened lien on my home prior to work being completed (which it's still not - after 2 months). Still have never received a phone call or any communication from the owner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complaint filed with BBB and ROC.

Service started out OK but then went down hill. Would either not show up or were coming by and doing very little. Chemicals and an occasional back wash perhaps. No regular equipment maintenance and pool was not being brushed. After a few complaints had to cancel.

DO NOT use this company! As others have pointed out they have terrible customer service. I explained to them I was closing on my house and needed some repairs done immediately. They told me someone would be out to my house the same day with an itemized list and quote of the repairs. Nobody came out to my house that day. The following day I tried to reach them with no luck.

Finally at 5 pm the following day they sent me an email with a quote more than double of what another company sent me. Do yourself a favor and find another company who will do as they say.

Absolutely terrible communication, very inconsistent. Turned my pool green 3 times and each time I reported it, they never sent anyone out, I had to take care of it myself. They have one technician that did a good job, but overall, it was a horrible experience. Never gave me a quote to fix anything even though they mentioned a few things may not be working. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very disorganized company. Poor customer service. Does not come each week as promised--had to call multiple times to get service that was paid for. The weekly reports sometimes are sent 3 weeks later-only 2 were provided on time in 4 months The leaf trap was emptied next to the pool filter when there is a trash can 10 yards away. Normally do not write poor reviews but gave this company several times to make it right and they just DO NOT' get it.
