We contacted Daniel as well as several other "big name" pool builders a little over a year ago for a quote on installing a new pool. Daniel was the only one who responded quickly and also came in under budget. We didn't choose Morris Pools because they were under budget, we chose them because Daniel was the only one who made us feel like he truly cared about our project and we weren't just another number. Daniel stayed in communication with us throughout the entire build and kept us updated on a completion date, even when he had to tell us he didn't know when it would be completed due to supply chain issues.
Even with the supply chain issues our pool was still completed prior to his initial estimated date! We are so happy we chose Morris Pools and recommend them anytime someone asks.

We were really happy with how the pool turned out. Daniel and his team knocked it out ahead of schedule with no surprise expenses. Given how stressful and expensive a new pool is we honestly had a very positive experience and would recommend them. We got a few quotes and Morris Pools wasn't the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive but I felt good about going with Daniel after meeting and talking to him and a couple of his employees.
We were pleasantly surprised how quickly and professionally everything was handled and how good the communication was. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure it got done. Anyways, long story short, we are happy with how it all turned out.

Morris pools completed our pool December 2020. It was an excellent experience. They listened to what we wanted while doing the design. The design center experience to choose our products and colors was positive. They dealt with our HOA approval process. They had no difficulty getting our town approval for the job. They were quicker than many of our neighbors in securing contractors for the different stages of pool completion.
They have done the maintenance and cleaning for us since completing our pool. They are reliable and thorough with the cleanings. We highly recommend this local family owned company!

We contacted Daniel to finish up our Build Your Own pool project, which included applying the pebble finish and installing the in-floor cleaning heads. Daniel was one of the few contractors who even called us back with interest in our job. Very good to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure we would be happy with the results. We had purchased all of our cleaning heads over a year ago from another company, and they turned out not to match our choice of pebble finish. Daniel was able to swap out all of the parts with the right color.
He didn't have to do that, but it made a big difference in the final appearance of the pool. Morris isn't the cheapest, but dealing with Daniel was a great way to finish our project. Everything turned out great. Thanks again.

***DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME *** I tried to work with this company to get my pool remodeled. Initially it took 3 phone calls for someone to respond back to me to schedule an appointment. After coming and measuring, it took him an additional week (total of 3 weeks) without notifying me and ignoring my calls to get me a quote. After receiving the quote, I emailed a couple of questions and called for clarification but never received a response. My recommendation is don't bother and contact another company.

Morris pools has always done a great job for me and my clients. They have serviced and made pool repairs at various properties that I've owned over the years. We were referred to Morris Pools after having our pool put in and not such a great experience with the builders. The owner came out and spent lots of time with me. He even checked the pool levels and added needed chemicals. The staff is great. They send emails with photos of each service and take great pride in all they do.
