I talked to Renee on the phone when I called this morning and she was very nice and answered all of my questions. Jonathan was the technician that came out and he was able to quickly find the problem and even had a part in the van that was exactly what I needed, so I got a same day fix. Previously, I rated Comfort Air very poorly, but last week the new general manager, Austin called me. We discussed my dissatisfaction with the service I received last year, and the company refunded my money. Going forward, I would recommend Comfort Air because they proved to me that customer satisfaction and their reputation are of utmost importance. Furthermore, I recommend that you ask for Johnathan because he spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining what might have gone wrong. I can move forward now because I know this company values their customers.

I cannot recommend Comfort Air enough. Technician Robbie McCullough is a professional in every sense of the word. Our system was well serviced, thoroughly inspected, and runs like a champ. I never felt like I was being "sold" anything additional but made aware of possible issues that may arise in the future, allowing me to budget appropriately. I'll remain a Comfort Air customer for as long as we live in the Richmond Hill/Savannah area.

I have used Comfort Air for years. They have been responsive every time I've called. Of course, I maintain a service contract with them. Their technician, Robbie, is wonderful. He is easy to understand and takes pictures to back up any problems he encounters. No company is perfect but Comfort Air does stand behind their work and makes it right.

We consistently receive prompt, courteous service from your office staff in scheduling our appointments. Our most recent visit was made by Chris. He was very thorough & professional and went out of his way to explain everything he did and what he found. He even checked out a new roof-top fan that we had recently installed as part of replacing our roof. Thanks for keeping our systems operating reliably! Comfort Air continues to exceed our expectations.

Robbie McCullough from Comfort Air Did an outstanding job replacing our HVAC unit. From start to finish, we felt very comfortable with the work they did, and we love our new HVAC unit. Robbie was very thorough with explaining everything that needed to be done, and he was able to answer all of our question during the entire process. The crew that did the installation came promptly, were very careful, and completed the work on time. I definitely recommend Comfort Air for your HVAC needs.

Ask as many questions when they're working on your ac. I was told i had a 6 month maintenance they'll fix whatever but now i ordered a coil peiece and it's a 30 day warranty on it that i never knew cause i thought i had 6 months on everything so it's a game they doing what a lot of other companies & almost everyone they send over to my house has an attitude when it comes to fixing my air conditioner

Hired this company to do services because the company I had used for years went out of business. I asked the technician to check the thermostat because the system was working intermittently. He went back into my attic for about five minutes or less an stated that I needed a blower motor and module. After he replaced those parts for approximately $1100.00, the ac would not work at all.
He supposedly replaced a relay, and that did not fix the problem. After four or five service calls and a new thermostat, my unit started working again. So, I do not recommend this company. Furthermore, I asked to speak with the owners, and never got the chance.

Robbie and Aaron were professional and did a great job rerouting my ducting for ease of access to my water heater. Robbie evaluated and improved the design of my current filtration system which will now help with overall efficiency and cleanliness in my home and my AC unit. He also was able to troubleshoot and solve an issue in one room of my house.
I highly recommend Comfort Air. They have been working on my system for 25 years. Renee and Cynthia ALWAYS provide excellent scheduling and assistance with all of my AC needs. They are terrific!

Glad I changed AC service companies. Comfort Air has exceeded my expectations in both routine services and in installations. All service personal have been professional in both technical and personal skills. Darren, Aaron, Miguel and Robbie are all 5 star service personnel and the front office is efficient.

This is not a reputable company. My elderly mother's heater was not working during the coldest days this past weekend. She called for repairs, and was led to believe that the repairperson would be at her house on Monday morning. On Sunday, a repairperson came to her house and said the heater was broken (we knew that) and charged her $79. On Monday morning, no one showed up.
My mother was still without heat- four days now. Later that afternoon, a repairperson called her back and said that the first visit would cost her $500 and that was "just the start." He further stated that this $500 charge didn't include labor and parts. Thankfully, my mother figured out that this company was taking advantage of her being elderly and a widow. Here's another interesting piece: she has used this company in the past for several repairs and they knew the heating and air conditioning system is under warranty. Do not use this company unless you like being a victim.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Comfort Air. The company representative refused to provide an itemized receipt and therefore I canceled the request to have my unit installed. Comfort Air attempted to charge me $17,963 for a heating unit. I was able to get the same service from another company for less than $8,000. Comfort Air was insistent on not providing a bill as requested. Further they wanted to charge $1,796 for restocking fee. Additionally, a loan application was submitted without my knowledge to cover the $1,796 for restocking fee. Comfort Air must do better. I recommend to shop around before using CA Comfort Air.

Ryan and Dylan did such a great job for us. Monday morning they pulled all of our duct work out, the old outside and inside units. The new units were placed, the duct work started the next day. for an entire system including all duct work (with two new runs being added) we were only down for about two days. The installer supervisor and the project manager both checked in several times to make sure it was all going well for us.
The home office checked in with after it was all done and made sure our warranty and rebate were on track. Our regular maintenance guy Mike does a great job for us too when we have him out twice a year to do the check ups. The entire team at Comfort Air just does such a great job for us.

It took 1 week including a weekend for this company to get my system up and running. The original problem was a circuit board that was replaced. Then found defective, I was charged for The time to re diagnose the problem part they installed. Techs were great but office staff Renee seemed annoyed when I called and asked questions. Not good customer. service. Pam the office manager said " we want to make it right that's what we do." When I asked to pay half of the two hours for Diagnosis of bad part they installed. The. she abruptly said "no we will Replace the part then part ways" meaning she would not do anything further if this did not fix my problem. Pam kept blaming the original installer by saying "we didn't install it" which is irrelevant.
Oh and callled after hours and Renee told Me I would have to wait till tomorrow. "The techs have to sleep sometime". Curious because the truck ads and web site all Say 24 hour service and service all Models.

Horrible place to do business with! Called to schedule an appt due to our ac not working properly. When making the appt we were told $69 service fee. After the technician completed the needed work he asked for payment. At no point did he ever tell us what the problem was until he was finished and then requested payment of $204. Unexpected charges. are not something people prepare for, my husband paid the bill over the phone and asked me to call and speak with someone in the office about why it was more than initially expected. We thought we were doing the right thing by paying as asked and then dealing with the charge. Renee in the office was not very helpful. She even told me that had I told.

This business is excellent and we are very glad that with all of the other companies out there we chose this one! Renee and all employees are professional, friendly, and really care about their customers. Although all technicians have been professional and efficient, Ricky W. is our technician of choice! His knowledge and skill, as well as professionalism exceed all others. We highly recommend this business.
