No longer the same company since Roger Stuth left. I bought two new top of line American Standard units in 2017. Great product, professionally installed, work great.
Upstairs unit failed on August 9. Have waited for over a month to get repairs done. Never had expected such incredibly bad service. Won't even respond to calls, email. Three scheduled visits were no shows. Don't waste you time and money on them until someone is responsible.
