Do not use this service. I had an appointment today which was confirmed last night. The scheduled time was 8 -11. Received call around 10 saying they were running behind and move me to 12 to 2. No one came.

They do fine work, but they will never stop calling you after that. They call regularly, almost nightly, during the dinner hour. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their call list to no avail.

We've used this company several times. At first through our home warranty and then on our own. We've never encountered any problems and they've always been quick and efficient. One well known company tried to sell me a whole new unit when ours was only 4 years old.

If there was a way to put ZERO stars, I would! We had this company replace our inside and outside AC units. They replaced the inside one this year in April, AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. Every time they come out, it is a different issue and always more money.

They have been working on my a/c and heat for three years. I have had some minor problems with the equipment which they have fixed at a reasonable price. I use American home shield and every time you call them for service it does take time.
