Our hoses were bad on our washer and our shut off valve handles broke off for us when shutting off the water. They were able to come out the same day I called. Ron and Ethan were amazing. Ron explained everything even went to get the same parts so it wouldn't be a major cost to us. Ron and Ethan were very friendly and professional great at explaining everything. Attentive and listened to what our needs were. Will definitely use them going forward! Joy

For the past 5 months my water pressure would drop considerably once two or more water sources were in use. Ron and Miles came to my home and were very nice and professional. They ran tests and then clearly presented to me the options and risks. When we agreed in the fix they provided the price. They had the issue fixed within 1.5 hours. Thank you.

I called Kevin Ginnings Plumbing for a water line repair. Emma was able to schedule me a service call for two days later. I was expecting at least a week. Dale was quick to call me with a diagnosis and two possible ways to remedy the situation. He gave me a quote on the direction I chose to go with and was able to do the repair right then. He was all completed by the time I got home from work.
He was very professional and courteous. He then informed me the repair was going to be around $100 less than the original quote! I will definately call them for my future plumbing needs. Thank you Kevin Ginnings Plumbing! You certainly did make me smile!

I have always had the greatest experience with this company! Dale just got done capping off an old washer and dryer line for us that was located in our guest bedroom. We had previously had them out to move the washer and dryer downstairs and they were able to come back, on our timeline, to finish the job. Dale was very helpful and courteous, came on time, wore shoe coverings through out the house and left the area cleaner than when he got here! I have used this company many times and plan to continue well into the future.
