Absolutely exceptional experience with Superior Plumbing. Called on a Monday morning to schedule a hot water heater replacement and was able to get booked with the first shift on Tuesday (the next day - wow). Lee was a great communicator, did a fabulous job cleaning up, and overall produced high quality work. The cherry on top was the fair pricing. Cannot recommend Superior enough, and will definitely be working with them in the future.

Lee came to look at our gas fireplaces to see why they were not working as well as they use to. He was friendly and professional. He serviced the fireplaces, cleaned them and now they are working perfectly and look beautiful! I probably shouldn't wait so long before having them serviced by a professional next time!

Had a consultation/ 2nd opinion call with Caleb the other day. He spent nearly 20 minutes talking with me about a unique problem I was having in my basement and gave me potential solutions and ideas to fix the problem. I had previously been working with another company and he did not try to push his business on me. Because of previous quoted prices he even encouraged me to continue using their services so long as I was happy.

It was obvious that he genuinely cared that I got the answers I needed and that he was there to help in whatever way he could. Should anything fall through or I need further work in the future, I will not hesitate to call them. Excellent customer service and I would recommend hiring them simply on that alone.

I cold-called this plumber based exclusively on their location and Google reviews, and I am absolutely thrilled with their responsiveness, courteousness and quality of work. It started with a VERY knowledgeable person who took my call. She is obviously experienced and knows great details about all sorts of plumbing activities and situations. She took the time to give me a VERY detailed review of various toilets and why certain ones work the way they do, and she secured one specific for my job virtually while we were on phone. Then, Lee came and installed a new main shut-off, a new kitchen sink faucet cartridge and a new toilet.

His work is flawless and meticulous. Plain and simple, he is a pro in every sense of the word. Neat, tidy and clean, everything he touched. He streamlined and improved two tasks that other plumbers had worked on before, and frankly their work left something to be desired. This guy knows what he is doing and made it all look easy and professional. This is the first time I have used Superior, but they will absolutely be my go-to based on this first experience. Annual service of Gas Fires. The technician was very thorough and very conscientious of keeping his work area clean. I would highly recommend using this company to service your gas fire.

Our sump pump went out on a very rainy Friday and Superior Plumbing was not only responsive, and timely but their price quote was significantly lower than a major competitor. A few months later the sump pump started making an odd noise (also on a Friday) and they were quick to come out and replace the entire unit without charging me a cent. I will always use their services and refer them to anyone looking for excellent quality and customer service.

Would 100% recommend Superior Plumbing! They came through for us on my sisters wedding weekend when we had a leaky shower and had a lot of guests staying! Superior plumbing is truly superior! The plumber I called before them made me nervous by acting like the job I wanted done could end in disaster. When I called superior they said "we do those all the time". I felt confident to hire them. Elijah was wonderful, very friendly and easy to communicate with. His workmanship was beautiful and I have never thought of plumbing as beautiful. I will call them for all further plumbing.

Highly knowledgeable, fair, courteous, and friendly; can't ask for more from folks who do a great job at a fair price! I needed my two outdoor hose bibs (spigots) replaced. Assumed they burst at the bibs because I had no leaks inside or outside, only a lack of pressure when I connected the hoses. Caleb ask me several questions and then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done.

A total professional! He also gave me a price range based on if everything was as I stated. If the job became more detailed (I.e., a leak or leaks) then it may be on the higher end of the quote. I throughly enjoyed this discussion because while I needed an professional, I also appreciate being informed and treated as an equal. Elijah came two days later to perform the work.total professional again.

He talked me through what he was going to do and proceeded quickly and efficiently. Thankfully the problem was as suspected without additional issues and voila! The price was the bottom end of the estimate! Elijah also cleaned up what little mess he had to make, which also made my spouse happy. I will use them pretty exclusively for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend that you do too.

They were very professional and thorough. They came out as a 2nd estimate after i had someone else out to fix my sewer issue and Superior Plumbing came out and looked at the issue and took the time to address my concerns and gave me their professional opinion on what to do next and best if all saved me a lot of money! Superior Plumbing in Overland Park, KS did a great job on my sink repair. Caleb called me back promptly. He sent a service tech out quickly, who did a complicated repair on a three-part faucet. Water was pouring out of our hot water heater. Over the phone they helped us get the water turned off and came Within the hour and replaced our water heater and expansion tank the next day! Thank you!

Found their information in a Facebook group that provided a number of great reviews! So called and left a message. I received a call-back within minutes. In about 30 minutes they were at the house resolving an emergency fix on the main waterline in the house.

Quality work done on short notice! Unlike most service companies, we called and had someone out to the house within 2 hours. They replaced our entrance valve quickly, and then made some adjustments to a leaky faucet without charge.
