Used them twice. First time, the tech did great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. 2nd time was a month ago, they came out, looked at the AC unit, said I needed Freon, charged me $400 and left in 20 minutes. 2 days ago the AC unit stopped working, called them as well as another AC shop for a 2nd opinion.
