I called this company schedule an appointment. They didn't even show up or bothered to call. The sales manager Ed called me the next day to apologize and explained what happened. I had a technician came out and did a great job he fixed a problem that I had for a long time in a timely matter and I would recommend this company.

I needed help fast when my spare bedroom ceiling fan went out on me. Knowing that I would have my in-laws arriving in the next 48 hours. I called my friend panicking she recommended me to call Colburn Electric. They were able to come out same day and install a new one. Colburn's technician was very professional. He made sure and cleaned up after he was done. I must say the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Colburn to anyone.

I was directed to contact Colburn Electric by my home warranty company to schedule an electrician to come out to fix an issue. I called Colburn directly and scheduled an appointment. They accepted the job and agreed to be out to my home. I had to reschedule a day before that first time, but they accepted the rescheduled job and agreed to be out at my home at a certain date and time.
On that day, my wife took off time from work to meet the electrician. After 30 minutes past that time, she called me and told me no one had come. I called and was told dryly that they wouldn't be coming out because they had an issue with my home warranty company, which is something they never mentioned to me. Even though they agreed to come out, I was the one who scheduled the appointment, they had my phone number, and they apparently regarded my home warranty company as incompetent, Colburn (Ed, more specifically) unapologetically asserted that it wasn't their responsibility to tell me because they had called my home warranty company and told them to call me to tell me that no one would be coming out.
My home warranty's failure to meet the terms it has with Colburn may be a reason for Colburn to say up front that they can't take my job, but it is no excuse for failing to tell me themselves that they're not coming. Highly unprofessional.
