Response time from my initial call was very good. They came at the time they said they would. The individual who performed the service was friendly enough and his work was satisfactory. I felt the price was too high, $65 dollars an hour seems relatively reasonable, but 2 hours was excessive to hang a ceiling fan where the wiring etc was prepared and ready, and the old fan had been completely removed, and then replacing a small outdoor lighting fixture, again with no rewiring, etc. Will try another company next time, though it was not a terrible experience. I would recommend getting a quote beforehand. Would rate average if it was available.
