The driver of the work van 38 is very very reckless. Weaving in and out of traffic going over 80 mph. Ive called and called the company they never do anything about it.

Critical:Quality Charged me just to turn on a breaker when it should've been labeled when they came to fix my dryer outlet. On top of that, that same outlet still trips when in use. Never calling them back even if that came with warranty. Service:Repair outlets or switches

Very prompt, knowledgeable electricians. They handle all of our electrical stuff at our apartment complex.

Took 3 days to call us back, then seemed disinterested in the service request even though they had been recommended by the home warranty company. Then the fellow didn't actually fix what was wrong, and actually accidentally disconnected the dishwasher & disposal electric supply when he supposedly fixed the original problem. So he had to come back to fix those.

They were snarky about that and acted as if I were trying to cheat them. He did fix the dishwasher & disposal supply eventually, but it was a very annoying experience. Their phone service is lousy and their work is sloppy. I do not recommend them.

I had three odd things that needed to be done. Troy was very professional and efficient. He is a very nice person and we enjoyed having him work in our home. We have a home warranty so are not able to choose who is sent to our house to do repairs. I was very impressed with the work that was done and that they even show up early which is great! Would highly recommend Houchin! Fixed the job right away with no problem. My husband said they did NOT leave a bill. My husband and I both thought oh no that's not good because they're going to charge us whatever they want now. Received the bill yesterday very very reasonable. We had a mysterious issue with the breaker that controlled the electricity to a bedroom. I was impressed at the level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Tim as he took the time to check for every possible problem that could cause the breaker to shut down. He also took time to explain and be very clear about the course of action he recommended.

Dose great work and at a fair price would use nothing but Houchin Electric

Gave me fair price on a ceiling fan install on an 18-20 foot ceiling, but scratched my LCD TV while walking out with the old fan (downrod assembly hit it) and claimed they couldn't have done it. Electrician was supposed to come by today to look at the scratch, have failed to hear back from him about it.
