The technician was very nice and professional! We'll definitely call them again. We needed power to install a heat and air unit for our sunroom. I couldn't believe how fast he was. We've done many repairs on our house and used different electricians Mr. Sparky was by far the best. We were able to get an appointment fast too.

Such a great experience! I recently purchased an old house and needed a ground wire installed. Not only did Dakota take care of the issue, he also patiently explained other concerns he had about the existing wiring, complete with a thorough report of all his recommendations. We have had a very long couple of days and it was incredibly nice to have Michael Pope come out and work on our house today. Though nobody ever wants to deal with repairs, Michael made the process so much easier. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, able to explain things well, and overall went out of his way to make the experience better/easier for us.

My installer Michael did a great job! On time, friendly, professional and gave me some important tips with my specific electrical situation pertaining to the EV charger and I greatly appreciate that. This is my second encounter with Mister Sparky and the quality is certainly great and the price was almost exactly what I had guessed it was going to be, I feel like I received the services that I paid for and a quality result once completed. Will use again in the future.

I highly recommend Mr Sparky for any and all your electrical needs. Our technician Jason did a fantastic job beforehand, listening to what we needed and sharing how he could assist. On the day of work; Jason and his peer Joe were right on time. They were very professional and did a terrific job. Mr Sparky was not the cheapest quote I had received for the work requested, however I was very pleased with Jason and his explanation beforehand.

We called to request a quote for some work done, it was a fair price, a lot less than I thought it would be, he looked around and because our house is about 68 years old, some of the wiring is old and needs to be replaced, they offered us several quotes of what they can do and the pricing is very fair. We have thought it over and will be having our entire house re-done using Mister Sparky, the offer financing which I hope we qualify for, but if not then we will do so much at a time till it is done.
I would highly recommend them, they know what they are doing, extremely professional and courteous they explain everything so that you understand what they are saying. If you want any electrical work done, call them! Highly recommended.

Gable was prompt, responsible and professional. Upon arrival he checked the appliances and discovered a gas leak in the hot water heater at our home! The leak could have exposed my family to carbon monoxide if not discovered. He helped my elderly parents contact the fire department to ensure the home was safe. Talk about going above and beyond! In addition to all the extras he did for my family, he efficiently installed our light fixture (reason for our call to Mr Sparky). We are extremely satisfied and will use this company again in the future. Definitely recommend!

Customer service is absolutely impeccable. I emailed a service request after hours and received a phone call as well as an email response the next morning. After making an appointment I received a confirmation as well as a reminder text the day before. I was notified that the tech was on the way as well as who that tech would be. The tech patiently spent the necessary time to answer all of my questions. I'm beyond pleased.

I highly recommend electrician Timothy Tobin. He listened to what needed fixed, and gave a quote as requested for a whole house generator for a future purchase. This was late in the day, once my wife and I selected what we wanted fixed, he agreed to fix it all same day. Timothy was a pleasure to talk to and let me watch the repairs and showed me how things worked.
He also installed all of our new hardwired smoke detectors (which was not an option to pick from on the review form). We'll ask for him next time for our electrical repair, installation and upgrade needs.

Super responsive business-made appointment on Friday, called to confirm and had staff there Saturday. Timothy was my electrician, definitely request him if you can. Kind-hearted, honest, and hardworking. Genuinely concerned about the state of the wiring in our mid-century home, which was barely upgraded from 1954. Explained everything step-by-step, gave our options, helped us select what was the best course of action based on our needs and budget. Very thorough, answered all questions and extremely polite-best electrician I've encountered, highly recommend.

Mr. Sparky got a technician out within two hours of me calling. They communicated when the technician was heading my way, and let me know when the timeline of them arriving was changing. Although the problem was a PSO related issue, Jesse talked us through what was going on. In addition, he helped us understand our situation and even gave us some advice on how to increase the safety of our home.
I appreciate the transparency and willingness to help us. Despite talking to us for about thirty minutes, and diagnosing our problem, Jesse and Mr. Sparky did not charge us. When we do electrical projects in the future we will absolutely be using Mr. Sparky and requesting Jesse to perform the job.

2 electrical contractors bid a job to replace the 2 conductors going into the house and the weather head and included the permit and inspection for less than $500. These clowns bid it at $1500. When the electrician that was doing the job was confronted about the unfair price he immediately discounted the original bid to $900.
