Karen's Team did a tremendous job for us staining two small decks and a pergola. She was very timely on all communication and extremely thorough from the estimate to the follow up once the job was complete. Willie, Ellie and Karen were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about what was needed and how to bridge the gap between what we wanted and what would work the best.

When other companies seemed to quote us inflated prices, Karen provided quality service for a common sense price. We are so happy with the work they have done and I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get quality service for a reasonable price.

I never leave reviews, but after my recent experience I would recommend Fresh Coat to absolutely anyone! Karen, the owner, was quick to respond, very professional, and clearly committed to making sure that the entire experience was fantastic. Because I reached out for two large home painting needs right smack at the start of COVID lock-down, she was willing to accommodate by doing virtual tours of the projects so that she could give me an accurate quote & was very helpful in ensuring the colors I wanted turned out perfectly to what I envisioned.

Due to the need for social distancing, we were only able to have one painter at work. He, Willy, was SO FAST! The work got done in record time & is seriously beautiful quality. No bleeds or drips or messes. Before choosing Fresh Coat, I got multiple bids from other companies & the pricing that I received from Karen was more than fair (even beat out the competition without me needing to negotiate at all). I would give ten stars if I could! I will definitely be using this local business again.

Met with Ms. Wagner and we went over the items we wanted to have done. She submitted a bid and we went with her. Her crew showed up and assignments were lined out and they got to work. They estimated it would require two days to finish. The guys worked real hard do prep work, adding wall texture, priming and painting the ceiling and walls. They did a great job and everything looks wonderful! Would have no problem using them in the future for any additional painting jobs we need to have done!

Great experience with Fresh Coat Painters. We initially had Karen and her team come out to paint our kitchen cabinets. The team was very professional and did a fantastic job. We recently had them come back to paint the rest of the kitchen walls and again provided great service at a reasonable price. Karen and her team were so great to work with. They did such a nice job with the paint, trim, garage, and garage floor. The house now looks like new. She helped with color, sheen, planning, and had an incredible attention to detail.

We had a fairly big job that started with a popcorn ceiling proposal on a 2200 sf home. I had received 2 proposals before reaching out to Karen but quickly decided that after the first visit we were dealing with a professional contractor. The online interactive contract proposal itself will impress you. It's pro-grade. It covers their history, references, reviews, insurance, and a unique quote system.

They had a guy come out and measure every room, hallway and closet. No ball-parking. The quote was quite detailed. Since we had planned on doing the painting ourselves I wasn't interested in that quote but she offered and I accepted. I was so impressed with the value and the interactive quote that I could pick and choose which rooms and which trim I wanted to have done.

I did some and she did the rest. When I felt the contractor had sprayed the ceilings a little to thin she didn't hesitate to agree and had the guy hand roll each area needed. And said if that wasn't good enough she would change the paint. Wow!

I am so glad I called Fresh Coat Painters of North Austin! From the initial request I was pleased. Claude came out to review the job and was a delight to work with. He provided a quote, came each day to check on the progress, and explained the process. I had wallpaper removed from two rooms and new paint on the walls, including the ceiling. The workers were awesome, very friendly and professional.

They took care to protect my floors and furniture. The job was done perfectly and I plan to use this company for all my future painting needs. Karen, the owner was also a delight to work with and the entire process was a joy, including the finished products!
