After lots of $$$ spent with another company without any lasting solution, AllWeather tech came and fixed our heating unit on their first visit. Their technician was knowledgeable and professional. Except for logistic issues beyond their control (good 'ol UPS) the service was excellent, the technicians were friendly and qualified and the repairs went without any issues. We had been using All Weather for years for our maintenance, then we moved and they helped us when we bought an older home and not one but both HVAC units failed within 2 months of moving in. So professional, always on time and they always call you back (if Summer or Autumn don't answer the phone - which by the way is that not the cutest thing?) My mom is still in our old house and they continue to take great care of her as well. I recommend All Weather to everyone!

The technician was superb! He was thorough, and attentive to our schedule. Overall, high marks, but did not appreciate the fact that the first appointment didn't happen due to cold weather, and we were not alerted. Thus, our morning meetings, errands were all juggled around nothing. The person on the phone did not seem to be apologetic in any way, thus my comments.

Technician Cecil Sawyer performed HVAC maintenance on my system. He was punctual, efficient, and friendly in his service. I have been a customer of All Weather Heating and Cooling for over ten years, and I can't praise these service men enough. I started with All Weather Heating and Cooling in January of this year when they conducted the first of two annual preventative maintenance (PM) visits on my two Lennox HVAC systems. The technician doing this work was knowledgeable, courteous, and performed the job with great professionalism. He later emailed me the Gas Heat PM checklist results of his visit showing all what he performed. Having been pleased with this original work, I had All Weather Heating and Cooling come back and correct the wiring on my fresh air intake damper system and get it to work properly.
I had them also install a filter box in this fresh air intake duct. As before, the work performed was first class and at a reasonable price. All Weather Heating and Cooling is now my preferred service provider for all my HVAC needs and I highly recommend them.

We had multiple quotes to replace our single package unit with an upstairs and downstairs systems. Several wanted to just change duct work, others quoted the cheapest hardware they could find. All Weather came in a little higher than the others, but the craftsmanship, hardware, and dedication to providing a cool, consistent environment was top notch. Installers arrived on-time (actually early) each day, and made great efforts to keep work areas clean. Vacuuming and sweeping regularly, wearing foot covers, etc. Installers also noted "hot spots" and installed vents where needed, and enlarged return vents.
All installers consistently wore masks, and maintained distancing from family and pets, and kept themselves only to the areas where they were working. Overall, we had a great experience with All Weather and our upstairs is now at a consistent temperature, which hasn't occurred in the 20 years we owned the home.

I've used this company to install 3 residential HVAC systems. They were very professional. But post-installation service is erratic and communication is poor. I'm suspicious that they over-charge for repairs. I have a maintenance contract. A breaker failed and I was charged $166 just for the part. I can buy one for less that $50, typically $25 and could have done the job myself.
Maybe the single line item on the invoice included labor but, if so, it should be itemized separately. Poor communication. Now they diagnosed a TXV failure and want $1600 which is a lot more than the typical $600 or so (according to other local companies). I'm still waiting for a formal quote. Poor communication. When I called to arrange a visit, I was told they'd phone later to confirm.
They didn't. Later that day, they just showed up. Poor communication. One system is a split-zone. It's never worked right. Dampers failed and a control panel failed. More than $1000. It took more than a week and four visits to resolve. The new panel was wired incorrectly such that the upstairs zone was hooked up to the downstairs thermostat and vice versa.
Wrong wiring also occurred with one of the other installations. When calling for heat, the system entered cool mode and vice versa. I have to pester them to send me invoices. Poor communication. Another heat pump regularly blows one of the two fuses (always the same one, two or three times a year). It's the correct specification. I've mentioned it multiple times. I've received no explanation.

Great performance in an emergency! We returned from out-of-town (on Sunday, December 31) to find that our old furnace had given up the ghost. I called All Weather and the owner answered immediately. He was at our house 90 minutes later. The temperature hovered in the low 20s that day and dropped lower overnight. All Weather subsequently juggled around work crews, located the perfect furnace for our crawl space and had it all installed absolutely as soon as could be hoped. They did great work, kept us informed as the work progressed, and the guys doing the work could not have been nicer. My wife and I think this is a really fine company.

What a lifesaver! Our heating and AC unit broke down on us back in May, so we needed a new equipment. We shopped around some, but ultimately picked All Weather because of their professionalism. Boy. are we glad we did! Not only did they install our new equipment, but they did it on time and before the summer season! The AC worked great! After a great, cool summer, we signed a routine check up with them, which worked out before the winter season. They came out, checked and cleaned the unit. Things are working out great! Thank you!

We have had several problems with the Carrier thermostat control they selected to manage our heating, cooling system. They tried a few times to correct the problem but it is still not working. The management finally quit caring about our situation, won't return phone calls and gave up without giving us the courtesy to call saying they couldn't solve the problem. We were willing to work, but they just didn't care.
