I have been an A1 Electrical HVAC LLC customer for almost 10 years. The customer service is always outstanding, the repair, service, or installation is always done right, and the work area is always clean after the service has been completed. William is the best! I was freaking out because we were quoted a repair on our system would be over 3k. I called the next morning to see if this company could provide another opinion. William answered and was there later that day, EXACTLY when he said he would be! Since I am working with a young son, I really appreciate when technicians are on time. William did all the repairs and an excellent job for HALF our initial quote.

He let me see all the work he was doing, he explained the issues, showed me where it was, and detailed to me exactly how he was going to fix it. He was also incredibly transparent on pricing and spent time researching some options to make sure he was giving me the best price he could. Not only that, he was friendly and finished the job same day, fast. I am so grateful I came across his company, and will be using him again for maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend his services!

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes!

Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy.

Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

William corrected a radiator and boiler issue which we have had since we bought this house years ago. We've had multiple well known companies across Durham try, and no one has been able to fix it. We will finally have a warm kitchen this winter! If you have a boiler and radiators I can highly recommend A1 electrical HVAC. And especially William! Prompt help for our heating issue. Wish I'd called A1 first rather than the HVAC company that referred us to an electrician. The fact that they can do it all seems to encourage them to have a more holistic picture of my home systems and I have more trust in their ability to proactively flag potential issues.

Extremely knowledgable! We loved working with William. He came out and did a thorough inspection of our heating system after we suspected a carbon monoxide leak (there wasn't one, thank goodness!). But he walked us through the process and taught us a lot about our HVAC system and how it works, and was extremely throughout and patient. We will definitely be hiring him again in the future.

In a word it was outstanding! You addressed all plumbing, and heating, and air-conditioning problems. You clearly explained what our problems were and more importantly what the CAUSE of the problems were. You then explained how you would correct the problems and what costs were associated with new parts and labor.

I have been very pleased with the service that I have received from Mr. Taylor and his son. They installed an air-conditioning and heat pump system for me. Before beginning any work, he gave me written estimates for 2 different options that I could choose from that would best meet my needs.
