We are extremely please with the service provided by AC Medic. We choose to install the Trane XV and could not be happier. Our power bill has almost been cut in half and can barely hear the unit. I highly recommend AC Medic.

Alex was courteous, respectful, personable and very thorough with checking and fixing my ac. This was my first experience with AC issues and he made me feel confident that he could fix it that day and he was able to. The company has reasonable pricing as well and the front desk representative was also very courteous and told me exactly when the tech would arrive which is very important. I will definitely call on them when needed in the future.

Robert was great! He made multiple trips to our house to make sure our heating system was fixed without charging us extra, was quick to respond to all messages, and did the work at a super low price compared to what larger companies would have charged (ARS Rescue Rooter told me they'd charge literally double what Robert did!). Only reason I take away a star is because he had to come back for additional repairs since the first repair didn't fix our issue.

From the beginning, first the recommendation, call placed to Robert T. ending with Alex and his partner; I couldn't ask for anything better! Same day service, problems explained! Beyond the call of duty in more ways than one. I will definitely refer to friends and loved ones. A/C Medics number on speed dial for my future needs. Thank you so very much!

This company deserves 10 stars. My son gave me the company's card that he received when he saw them at my neighbor's house. Little did I know I would be calling them sooner than later. However, my husband was suffering when our air conditioner went out in May. A/C Medic's quick response was unbelievable. I have used other companies in the past whose response time and cost came no where near the efficiency as A/C Medic.

The technician, Alex is awesome and Robert is a very caring business man who is genuinely concerned about his customers. Alex provided us with great tips on how to get the most from our cooling system in these extremely hot days. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!.

Alex and Robert have been wonderful and did an outstanding job replacing a rusted out coil on a Lennox HVAC that was installed when my home was built and also adding some very nice Honeywell Damper Motors to control the airflow in the upstairs and downstairs zones replacing the faulty ones that were previously installed. I would recommend them for any issues you have with your HVAC units. Nice guys to talk to if you have any questions.

Robert was fantastic! He installed our 2 units quickly, was accommodating, very helpful and knowledgeable, and super friendly! I will definitely recommend him to friends and coworkers!

The blower motor went out in our furnace on a cold Friday and the folks who installed the unit said that it would be over $1000 for the part and labor if the system was out of warranty. They said they'd be able to check the warranty on Monday. I called A/C Medic for a second opinion and Robert was able to check if my system was under warranty right then (which it was). He said that if the system wasn't under warranty it would have been a small fraction of that cost to replace. I highly recommend calling A/C Medic.

Robert AKA The AC Medic is the most wonderful and dedicated A/C technician I have ever come across. I received a Nest thermostat for Christmas this past year and I was very excited to install it. I decided the best time to do this was right before a freezing cold temperatures in our area and two days before a snow storm. Since you can tell my decision making is great, I also decided that I could install the equipment by myself without any help other than the instructions.

At first everything seemed great but then I noticed that the heat system was turning off and quickly turning off. After trying to troubleshoot (all by myself and google of course) I ended up getting nowhere but it was very late. I ended up sleeping downstairs next to my fire because the house was freezing. The next night after work I tried one more time after asking some friends or some ideas, I decided to call Robert.

He was busy helping friends with a project but gladly took the time aside to not only talk me through it but Facetime me. This was funny since my heater is in the attic so it was a lot of physical activity. After not figuring it out he told me he would be able to come out to my house the next morning. I was okay with this of course but he snow storm was starting this night and tomorrow morning and I was worried about him driving out.

I told him we can wait until the roads are clear and he insisted. After agreeing, I put on the fire and started to cook dinner. I received a call back within 20 minutes from Robert with some more ideas for troubleshooting. After going through and no result he asked me if I was going to bed soon and I explained I am more of a night owl so no. He then told me don't worry about tomorrow morning, he would come tonight to make sure I had heat.

He came over and after looking at the equipment he noticed I blew a fuse when setting up my Nest by myself. He quickly replaced it and set the Nest properly and gave me tips and tricks. I can't thank Robert enough, not only for fixing my system but I got to sleep in my bed upstairs that night! I would highly recommend him for any heating and cooling project and especially the Nest installation. Even though it should be easy and the guides are good, just let the Pros handle it and you get a longer warranty when you use him, special bonus!
