If I could give this company a 0 I would! Don't waste your money with this company their tech only comes out for 5 to 10 minutes at a time and he doesn't even clean the pool properly. My pool is dirty and when we call to speak with the owner he has an attitude and he says that the pool should not have filter clean when he doesn't even assess it. When I asked to speak with tech so I can explain what's happening he said be on the look out for him. He said he could not give me a time range. He doesn't take advice from homeowners who are the ones using the pool and seeing how dirty it is.

The service guys are fast and efficient and always give us a heads up if there is anything that may need replacing and we even got a tip on how to save money by recommending the right pump. When we need repairs we trust that Steve is going to come through with a fair price and he always breaks down the cost so it's easy to understand exactly what we are being charged for! He's also quick in and out with good quality so I actually have time to enjoy the pool!

The owner Steve is a great guy with lots of experience. very friendly and honest and well priced repairs and cleaning services! the technicians are well trained and very friendly and reliable. I would recommend this company first for any of your pool needs to be honest.

Steve came to do an estimate for $85 when he told me what was wrong with my system he put that $85 towards the repair and I was extremely grateful how quick, and the quality of work he did. Definitely will go to Steve for any type of issues or repairs I have on my pool.

Steve and his crew have been talking care of my pool for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier! They are always professional, courteous and prompt and my pool is always beautiful! Can't recommend them highly enough! Give them a try - see for yourself!

I vehemently feel a representative of H2O Pool Company of Surprise, AZ lost his temper and made an attempt on my life or to cause me great bodily harm by his unlawful actions. During the ongoing incident I tried to make a citizen's arrest but during the process he made a gesture with his hand like he had a gun and was going to shoot me. I feel lucky to be alive.

I did absolutely nothing to provoke his anger against me. I am a frail 72-year-old man with heart problems. If it would have come to a fight, I would not have stood a chance against him. I have two separate HD videos from two different cameras shot at different angles of the incident showing the hostility he had towards me. He was most unprofessional in the way he handled me! I hope to never see him again. I highly do not recommend this company.

We had a leak in the filter. Steve came out for $85 to check it out. Provided an estimate to repair the leak. We paid around 700 for the repair and filter cleaning. Prior to the repair, he took my visa info for the $85 service call. After he charged another 673 on my card, he informed me that he could not fix the leak. He now recommended that we change another part and hopefully, the leak will be fixed. The cost was another $350 to try this new part. What a scammer! Don't ever give him your visa info and make sure he gets paid only when he is able to fix the issue.

We hired H2O to maintain our pool while our home was on the market since we were moving out of state and needed to keep it looking perfect for showings. Big mistake. Hubby (who is in the pool industry) walked the tech through the system and felt confident that they could handle the maintenance. And they did, for two weeks. Then the tech decided to make unauthorized repairs to a part that was discussed with the tech at the time of the walk thru.

He was told to leave it alone as it was set deliberately high. After we moved out of the house they changed out the entire part which wasn't broken, and charged our credit card! When hubby complained about the unauthorized repair and charge we received no response. I guess we should've double checked because we just found out (the day before closing) that they stopped coming by as soon as we stopped payment on the unauthorized credit card charge!

All I can say is that there are better, more honest choices in pool services out there, so please, don't trust this company with your pool. Or more importantly, your credit card.

Just moved the family to Arizona (Surprise) and bought a house with a pool. We had never had a pool before and after a couple weeks in the house I knew that something was wrong. So after looking online we came across H20 Pool Service. Steve was amazing and was able to get us in immediately (within 30 minutes). He came out and broke everything down for me and showed me pretty much how to do EVERYTHING! He diagnosed the problem solved what the issues were and was very knowledgeable. Once we get our feet under us we will definitely look at H20 conducting our weekly services.

If I can give this company half a star I would. First of all, they don't fix anything and they only do labor for 15 minutes. They aren't educated in the pumps and pool equipment either. They just tell you oh it's broken or it's not working, fix it. Second the customer rep is always rude or have an attitude or smart remark. Basically he/she tells you it's your fault because you have faulty equipment and we can't clean it.

I hired them for a chlorine wash, did the trick for two months. They took off my vacuum because I needed new filters, but didn't go in with a manual vacuum to clean the bottom of my pool. They charge extra for chemicals and the labor is only 15 minutes. So if there's a monsoon, you're out of luck because this company don't care.

They are a rip off of a company and bad business management. I could've had the same result in my pool for free. Now I'm sure I'll need another chlorine wash again. They also tax on all chemicals. I've never heard of a company that does that. All my friends have pools, I'm definitely never going back. I don't think anybody else should either.

Knowledgeable and friendly! Steve's team is professional and willing to take the time to inform you on what they are doing and why. My husband and I just built our own pool so we are pool owning newbies. We had H2O Pools come out to help us with the start up and I am so happy with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a clear water pool and helpful professionals to maintain a well working pool.

H2o pool service repaired a leak at our pool equipment for a fair price. They communicated well, showed up quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for pool repairs.

Steve and his crew from H2O Pool & Spa Care were GREAT! I purchased my current Glendale home less than a year ago. and with it, my first experience owning and maintaining a pool. In November my pool developed two major structural cracks. I called a pool repair company from an Internet listing. When I revealed that my pool was concrete, in-ground with a plaster finish, they told me that they only dealt with 'pebble-tech' finish.

They said the only company I should call, to deal with my pool was H2O Pool & Spa Care. They were certainly right. Steve and his crew came and evaluated the pool within 24 hours of my call and worked my repairs into their schedule within a week. Steve explained the repair process clearly and gave me an estimate within 12 hours. The repairs were completed within a couple days and my pool and yard were left so neat and clean that I could have thrown a pool party as soon as the pool was filled. Steve has continued to follow up, checking for any signs that further repair might be necessary.

Instead of wishing I'd never purchased a home with a pool, I am looking forward to the next pool season and will be arranging for Steve to replace my pool pump motor with a new variable speed, high efficiency, motor before that season is upon us. I will never call any other company for my future pool needs. H2O Pool & Spa Care and Steve and his crew are THE BEST!

I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was prompt, very courteous and fixed the light on my pool. He also explained how the mechanism worked. Extremely professional. Will definitely call them again!

Poor service, poor communication, and the owner called to quit after not servicing the pool for several weeks and being notified about it. Definitely not a service driven company.

H2O pool service is a joke. The owner steve is a money HUNGRY Son of a bitch. if you have a problem with service you get done to your pool don't call him and tell him his guys didn't do there job cause he will blame the customer and say that your lieing. There suppose to be at your house for more then 3/5 mins. I don't know anyone who can clean a pool ( full service) in that amount of time.

When it rains they tell you that they did your pool in the poring rain and you watch them sit in there truck for 3 mins and they leave with out getting out and then later that day you get an email saying all the stuff they did In the rain. So I guess they can services your pool from there truck. Then you call and ask Steve when the guys will be back to clean your pool and he says you already had a pool cleaning today and I said oh wow the pool guys can clean the pool from there trucks and he says your pool was cleaned i said um no Steve it was poring cats and dogs ( I would not even clean my pool the way it was raining) and he swore up and down it was well it wasn't.

The pool guy we had was nice and I feel bad that he works for a guy like Steve. Steve is just covering his butt because he knows that my landlord gives me all Authority to make decisions on our pool just cause he ( landlord) pays the bill ( I do in my rent so technically I pay for the services) so I have every right to complain because I pay for it.

This company has many complaints. Steve thinks just cause I am a female I don't know what I am talking about. He is mad because his guys don't get paid enough for what they do so they do shitty work and wonders why people make complaints on his business maybe he should get his ass out in this heat and clean pools to the full list and he would have a better company so before you reply back to this maybe you should watch your guys and see how they do not clean pools the proper away thank you.

Do not use this company! beware! damaged equipment if you try to fire them! steve is crazy and poor so his s effort to turn a profit will supersede customers and he s a crook!

Did a great job on our autofiller and replaced our pool light. The autofiller replacement/repair was kind of a big job, it took about 3 days. They were professional in doing the work. The repairmen kept us in the loop while repairing letting us know of anything they found and when they hit a snag in the job. They completed the job in the time frame they gave us and it's been over a week, no complaints.

As for the replacement of our pool light, Steve completed it in no time. He also took a look at the autofiller job and also gave a few pointers on the pool itself. Would recommend for repairs.

Horrible horrible company and service! Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and money! Shoddy business and am persuing legal actions against them.

I told the owner I wasn't getting backwashes and I was told it wasn't *always* needed. I backwashed green sludge out. I noticed my pop-ups weren't working and waited to see if they did anything or even told me. After a month no. Breaking point was finding a dog toy in my green garbage. My dog drops the toy in the pool every day when he says he's done playing. I don't always get it out in time. They told me I agreed to their terms and service and hid behind their wall of text.

H2O pools service has been taking care of my pool for almost a year and we have had algae for the past 2 months and nothing has been done about it. I went out and bought a new pool vacuum that cost me $500 to help. I ended up putting shock into the pool because I was tired of having my kids swim in filthy water. The pool company now is trying to turn it around on me and say it is our fault for messing with the pool, which we have not done.

The is no communication from the company to let us know what they are doing to fix the problems. Rather than finding a solution and working with us to have a nice clean pool, they place the blame on us. On average the person is only at our house (in the back yard) for no more than 12 minutes each visit, since I have timed him on each visit. We are finally switching to a company that cares about having clean swimming water for family's to enjoy.

On my rental house. Started as weekly then went bi weekly for the winter thru April, pool clarity a basic ok. End of April, between visits pool went green, reported to them & they said something about that pool, orientation to the sun, bi weekly service, etc. charged me $75 for a green treat & removed the OFF tab & pool ran constantly, no advise had done. Canceled service & told to take green treat dollars out of May repayment. Turns out renter said had often seen pool visit as a walk up, look & leave. Spoke with two other pool services & they didn't buy H2O reasoning regarding going green. Recommend, NOT! My bad, should have demanded my April payment back.

These guys did a stellar job and I am very happy with the outcome. I was referred to this company by a reliable source and I'm grateful it panned out. I called, asked for an estimate on remodeling the pool. After sharing my goal, we scheduled the work and today, I am happy to say I have an awesome looking pool. I had an almost 18 year old plaster pool with cracked tile, and a cracked deck.

We talked about options and decided to move forward with fixing the deck, matching the deck color, which is not the standard off white, the surrounding tile was all replaced with an updated tile and it pops! I went from a plaster pool to a pebble texture surface and it is amazing! No one over told me before when shopping for a pool that plaster was more maintenance than a pebble texture pool. I am so happy with the folks at H20 that I hired them for an going maintenance. Great service, timely deliverables and a professional set of workers.

Was told by the owner Steve that pool filters are always green that's normal. They advertise a 10 point inspection every week with service. Nope that's a lie. Our pool guy has his phone to his ear when he enters our yard he turns pump on NEVER looking at it squirts stuff in the pool and sweeps WITH ONE ARM since the other is holding his phone safely.

I have recorded him and he is in and out in 2 minutes 38 seconds. We also have a spa that is supposedly getting service. When you call to inform the owner that a swamp is cleaner than your own pool he offers many excuses and says its just how your pool is in the summer? Lived in Az my whole life with a pool that never looked like this. This company is a complete joke!

Steve did a great job with our pool. We absolutely love it. It needed to be re-plastered, and we chose the sand colored mini pebble, which looks amazing. While the pool was empty, he also fixed the light, which hasn't worked since we've owned it. His price was well worth it. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling Steve for any additional repairs we need on our pool or the pump in the future.
