Pelican Bay Pools

I had some warranty work performed from Pelican Bay Pools. They sent all the information to the warranty company on a Monday and we're waiting for their response. After a couple days of not hearing back from them Michele got on her cell phone and sat on hold until a customer service rep came on the line. Within the next few hours I got a message saying the warranty company had approved the work and they would be out the next day to fix my pool filter.

When Doug came out to install the new part he let my wife know when he was there and also let her know when the work was completed. If I need more warranty done I will ask for Pelican Bay pools by name

The top half of my pool filter housing split. My warrant company sent out someone that told me that no one in the valley had the part. They also said it was on back order and the wait could be as long as two months. I contacted the manufacturer directly and was referred to Pelican Bay Pool. A couple of phone calls to determine exactly which model I needed I was told someone would be out the next day to replace it at half the cost of the previous company's estimate.

They arrived during the scheduled time, replaced the housing cover, made sure everything was running properly and even took the broken part with them. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs help.

Great service all the way around! Michelle set the appointments and Doug arrived on time on both visits. Doug was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He couldnt have been any more professional. He diagnosed the problems with my filter and Salt cell, and got them each back in working order. I will definitely be recommending Pelican Bay Pools to anyone in search of pool Service!

I have a Pentair pool pump system that was leaking water & under warranty. 2 pool companies told me there was no way Pentair would cover a seal leak as it is normal wear & tear but I decided to pursue it anyway because it didn't seem right for it to leak this soon after install. Pentair created the work order & sent it to Pelican Bay. Michelle called me very quickly to schedule the service and was very friendly.

Then Doug came out and was outstanding in every way. Not only was it covered by the warranty (the impellar warped so caused the seal to deteriorate), he noticed my pressure gauge was warped and malfunctioning so took it upon himself to add that to the claim too. He walked me through every step and was very knowledgeable and informative. My experience couldn't have gone better! I highly recommend Pelican Bay.

I have been using Pelican Bay Pools for over 6 years now. I have not had anything but professional service and honest feedback from the Technicians. Larry will come out directly if there are any issues and he stands behind his work. I would definitely recommend them to service your Pool needs. We will use Pelican Bay Pools again when needed. The service charge is applied to labor, which is how all good service providers do business. Pelican Bay rep came out on time (second day after I called; that is a good response time in summer in Phoenix). When the parts came in the tech arrived on time again. Parts were marked up at a reasonable rate and the tech was also able to use some parts we had on hand so cost was even lower than expected [We had a problem with our variable speed pump and didn't trust Les***'s to fix it. All problems were caused by the Les***'s tech who installed the variable speed pump so it is a safe bet to avoid Lesl***'s techs as a rule.)]

My first experience with this company was exemplary. From my initial call for service, I knew not only when to expect my technician, but also what cost to expect. Great upfront customer service, followed by a pool-owner's miracle. Everything happened exactly as I was told. Doug - A professional, prompt, and couteous technician had my pool running perfectly for a fair cost, and the cost I was quoted! I hope I don't need them often, but Pelican Bay Pools is my new go-to pool company.

We started with Pelican Bay over a year ago. Our pool pump died 2 days before a big promotion party at our house, and they came out the same night that we called them. Replaced our pump for a great price, and had the pool looking fantastic for the party. Pelican Bay was a life saver. Larry is extremely dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. Our pool has never looked better, and we wouldn't think of using anyone else!

My home warranty sent Pelican pools to fix a problem with my pool pump, and the service was outstanding. Doug was on time, he explained what he was going to do and did all of it.
