I'm so pleased that I found this company, it's just too bad I didn't find them sooner as it would've been less stress for me. These guys are quick to respond, professional, polite and have answered any and all of my questions when I have them. They've shown up as expected and my pool has actually been swept. If they have any delays, they communicate it appropriately. So far so good and I would definitely recommend them.

5/26/22: UPDATE! Contact made! Excellent conversation with Cody. We're on the same page regarding service. They start next week! I'll submit another review after a while. === Same experience as Lane D. 5/24/22: Phoned - mailbox full. Per Cody direction sent a text (yes, I've verified the correct number was used for all attempted contacts, and I still have them to prove it).

No response to text. 5/25: Submitted a request for quote via Yelp. No response as yet (Yelp says 95% response in ten minutes - not my experience). 5/25: Called again - mailbox still full. As an absentee homeowner in AZ, was considering switching services as this company services our area. Not sure what to do, so may stay with current.

I needed my pool drained cleaned and balanced. Daniel responded to my request in the most comprehensive fashion and after seeing the stellar review and prior bad experiences with other Pool services I requested his service. I could not be happier, Omar showed on time and performed an amazing work. I want Desert Diamondpool to take care of my pool from now on and signed on for their full maintenance service. If you have a pool and want great and greatly priced care for it, look no further, this is the place for you.

I just had the best experience with this company. Daniel responded to my request for a quote within minutes. He communicated promptly, arrived on time, and was extremely professional. He explained everything clearly and was honest and efficient. Best of all, he fixed our problem and just charged the trip/diagnostic fee. I am beyond pleased and would recommend this company to anyone!

Highly recommend. They are way better than the previous pool company I used (stay clear of R&R Everclear). Desert Diamond is always timely, thorough, fair and honest. My pool always looks crystal clear after they've serviced it and stays clean throughout the week.

This is a fantastic company! Cody has always responded to my questions even though sometimes they are strange questions! I'm helping my dad with managing the service and I have never cared for a pool so I appreciate the information and treating me with respect (note above: strange questions!). Cody has always been super professional and informative!

The crew is also very helpful with me and just as kind and professional. I really have no worries at all about them caring for our pool. After each visit I get a write-up on the work performed and even a photo! How cool is that! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Desert Diamond Pool Service has been great! My tech is here every week without fail and they do such a thorough job of documenting their service with pictures and a detailed report of all work done. He's very professional and answered any questions/concerns I had. I love the fact that they send detailed reports of what they did to your pool for the day, gps report to prove they were at the home and come on the days they promised. I want to give a big shout out to Cody and desert diamond pools. Something was wrong with my pool pump and I was laid up having had a procedure that morning and my husband is an OTR trucker. I didn't know where to turn so I started calling the company that put in my pool (who still hasn't returned my call after 48 hours) and then started looking up pool services on the internet.

I got ahold of Cody right away and spoke to him and then he talked with my son and walked him through what needed to be tried. My son was able to get the pool going for now but I know something will eventually need to be fixed and Cody will be my first call. He was so kind and understanding and I couldn't believe he helped us fix it over the phone. Cody you're the best and I wish you all the success with your business because you definitely deserve it!

They were very responsive and the tech that showed up explained everything to me. He was great and courteous. These guys know what they are doing! My pool looks brand new and I am glad we found this service company. I definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for pool cleaning and maintenance.

I didn't hire this company, but they were high up on my list. they returned all of my messages & really worked hard to get my business. a few of companies i have dealt with didn't seem to care. i've heard good things about ddp service which is why i contacted them. another poolman gave me a deal i couldn't refuse. if he turns out to be a flop, i will surely give this company a try.

Had my pool drained and acid washed, the kid did an EXCELLENT job, when the tech came to "RESTART" the pool and chemical process, they only added liquid chlorine so my spa and pool once again grew black mold! Avoid this company at all cost. Mind you they did this 2 weeks ago and my pool and spa look like crap today!

Best pool maintenance and repair company EVER! We've been using Cody and his team for years now for our weekly maintenance and repairs and have ALWAYS been super satisfied. Our plaster pool was 24 years old and it was in extreme need of an update. Cody took charge of the remodel and we could not be any happier. We have a whole new backyard living space with an updated pebble tech pool and travertine tile instead of the old cool decking! We absolutely love it! This pool company let my pool turn green TWICE. The first time we chalked it up to a fluke. The company put in an external pump and seemed to "fix it." Two months later it happened again. I ended up with a large bill to get it back to normal since it required chemicals and lots of attention. This company provided conflicting information from multiple other pool companies I talked to. They blamed my equipment. It's now been over a year with a different company, same equipment and no green pools. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

Desert Diamond Pools is by far the best pool service company I have used in my 10 years of pool ownership. I was very pleased with the communication, the weekly report emailed to me about the service performed on my pool and the honesty and ethic of the people working there. A very trustworthy business that I totally recommend to anyone looking for pool service and repair. It is too bad that I am moving outside of their service area.

I can't thank Cody and Omar enough for their impeccable service and support with our pool. Omar services our pool weekly and if we have any issues whatsoever and I just get a call into Cody and he gets a technician out as soon as he can. We got mustard algae last year and ran around like crazy trying to clear it ourselves. I found Desert Diamond Pools and signed up for monthly service and haven't had an issue since. We have been using this company for as long as they've been open and haven't had any complaints. Last week when we did have an issue it was fixed ASAP. Our tech didn't show up after the storm so we contacted Cody. He had somebody out here ASAP to clean and shock the pool. My pool is crystal clear again and ready for some swimming. I would definitely recommend this company. Cody is on top of things.

Bad service where the pool turned green it shouldn't have gotten to that point Then wanted to charge extra for the shock and treatment. Please advise and look for someone else and do research.

Cody and his team are always on time and send weekly detailed reports with the pool chemical levels and any required chemicals that were added. Cody responds to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and always finds the means to solve a problem. They have kept my pool clean and looking beautiful for my family. Recommend their service to anyone.

Desert diamond pool does a great job servicing our pool and keeping the chemicals balanced. Always get a record immediately. We had hoped to use them to update our pool deck. Cody came out and looked but never got us an estimate even after I asked and reminded him.

Two summers ago, we had a pool built in our backyard, and the company we hired to handle the construction, provided one month free service from another company that was an absolute joke. As new owners we were lost when my husband Alex found Desert Diamond and it was the BEST thing! Week after week, Kimberly keeps our pool looking beautiful and working smoothly and Cody is always very proactive, making sure we know what is going on and what we need to do to maintain our pool. Overall great service with affordable prices!

Best pool maintenance company hands down. Been a customer since 2017. After having 3-4 pool companies literally quit on me due to having a very large, old pool or even one that quit because of my dogs! We have 110sf pool that is 35,000gal, with plaster that desperately needs updating but regardless our tech Cory keeps it clean every week! Cody has always been very communicative via email, my monthly maintenance price is fair, and Cory does a great job.

I have had sand replaced, motor replaced, vacuum replaced and they always give me pricing options. I have recommended Desert Diamond to all my friends. We are looking to move soon and will continue to use them at our new home!

Hands down to worst pool maintenance company I have had. We've had 4 houses with pools and 6 previous vendors over the years, we're no stranger to what to expect from a pool maintenance company. But we moved into a rental home that uses this company; the poor performance and lack of assistance when we reach out to Cody to share our concerns have been atrocious.

This company is the only one where the pool routinely looks horrible and every time we reach out just to give a heads up to let them know, they never offer a solution to fix it. They only give us excuses (the guy was injured and couldn't come, weather has been windy, equipment must not be working right, etc) and somehow usually find an excuse to make it our fault that they're not doing their job.

The favorite excuse always seems to be that the water level is too low which of course is our fault despite that never being an issue for our previous pool vendors to maintain. God forbid they knock on the door and share their water level concerns, they prefer to just leave without talking to anybody and leave the pool looking like trash. And these are just the weeks I contact them to let them know when it's really bad, never mind all the weeks when it looks borderline trashy.

They never reach out to communicate anything to us, and I mean anything. We always have to initiate contact. Their website claims that you'll receive an email every week with chem readings, photos, GPS verification of the visit and feedback on chemical and mechanical condition. We haven't ever received that *once*, let alone weekly. The most you'll get is a one-sentence email from Cody, maybe two sentences if you're lucky, as a response and whatever excuse Cody can conjure up that day.

UPDATE once again- As I feel this is becoming more and more of an attack against me and feel the need that I must continue to repost and reply to better protect the honest claim I have made against this "company" in DM between me and Cody I clearly admitted to saying I myself had called personally with pictures of a pool that was NOT MY OWN so I can better understand the pricing that was received for my own personal pool and got pretty much the same BS pricing that was quoted on yes a dirtier pool but as I also stated in the dms that I was trying to understand why the quote was so high and why he went out of his way to PUSH other services that myself and the other person I had call was receiving as I did not understand why so much need to go into this I also told Cody that I had referred a friend of mine to him as well as we were both looking for a company at the same time and he also received a similar quote but said he wasn't interested in any labor at all as he would take care of it himself and wanted chemicals only but was told it was not possible that the water had to be drained blah blah but had told Cody the water was only 2 months old with chemicals in it from the beginning and didn't understand why he had to refill the pool, if yelp is such a good platform for people to voice their OPINIONS and own personal EXPERIENCES with companies I don't know why you would go so far out of your way to disregard something that took place over texts, and phone calls by a total of THREE people you are clearly offended at the fact that I called you out on a public forum for what you did as I have said and proved with texts you were trying to take advantage on more than one occasion if need be I'll have my friend leave a review with his experience with Cody as I feel like a 3rd person would better resolve this situation as I am just trying to help people out that there is more HONEST companies out there who do not try these tactics to profit but look for long term relationships with there customers, a bad review is something to help the PUBLIC and the company itself to fix problems that they might not see themselves so they can improve but it seems as though Cody does not want that growth you are just another snake trying to take advantage when and where he can and that is why I left the review I did.

Quick update- I did deal with you directly on the phone it was on 5/2/19 between 12pm-2pm you have verizon I know this because of calling you and getting a voice mail I have texted from calling I will past some as proof. Date and time of texts are in pictures. So don't try to cover up I never messaged back as I decided to go with PINEAPPLE

They are the best, hands down. I have owned my home for 7 years now and struggled with maintaining my pool. There was always something wrong. I finally caved and hired a pool company and am so glad I went with Desert Diamond Pools. Their customer service far exceeds my expectations. I receive email updates after every visit, and if my service day is changed, I always receive notification. They are all extremely knowledgeable and service not only my pool at home, but also my splash pad at work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have always been happy with our service and highly recommend Desert Diamond Pools to anyone who asks me about our pool cleaning service. The storm last night trashed our pool and our technician, Cory came around 5:15 pm today (which he normally is here around 10 am, so I knew it was a rough day) and in addition to cleaning out all the leaves, he vacuumed all the dirt in the pool! Our pool looks amazing after that storm and I am so thankful for all his hard work!

I've gone through a few companies in the valley and I am very pleased to have finally landed with Desert Diamond Pools! They are Reliable, Communicative, and Reasonable. Great work followed up with great customer service and has always been willing to work with our needs.

I could not recommend anyone better to service a pool. Their whole team is amazing and helpful. They take all the stress out of keeping a pool clear and they do it at the right price. Cody is extremely honest - as is anyone of their other employees - but I had the pleasure of working alongside him while trying to fix up my house and he took care of the pool completely.

I NEVER leave reviews, but for Desert Diamond Pools, I've made an exception. I had to. Their work is impeccable. Seriously, I can not brag enough about the service we received. To start, Cody was very responsive from the start. He answered every text, and even took a late night emergency call when we needed it. He turned our pool into an ugly disaster into a beautiful Desert Paradise within a week.

He brought out samples of the pebble tec and made sure I knew everything about it. Even came out for a follow up after it was done and changed our pool light. I can't wait until we are ready to use them again for deck. I have and will continue to recommend everyone with a pool to him.

My pool and the pump was a mess, but they've done a great job getting everything back in order. I definitely recommend them!
