Shimmering Waters Pool Services

Unresponsive, had to ask multiple times for the Bid, part of the work was done quickly but then couldn't get the remainder of the job scheduled ( 4 weeks ). Lack of communication was pretty disappointing, I selected them due to their positive reviews on Google. Perhaps they are just too busy.

Company leaves your pool sparkling clean. yeah right. Owner has no moral compass or customer service at all. Over charged, didn't do the job, and left my pool in worst shape then when they started

Service was great and very quick. I had my pool filter changed and they were super quick and the cheapest option. So at this point everything is good as expected.

Cost-effective, prompt, courteous & professional. Four other pool service companies either didn't return my calls, several no shows (Perry's Pool & Protege) & one company (ASP Pools) refusing to fix my pump (only to try to sell me a brand new pump).

This is the second time we used Dan and Shimmering Waters Pools. Shopped for quotes from other companies and then called Dan. He was very affordable compared to others. We had our pool acid washed and glass bead blasted and it looks like new. Ryan also was fabulous and efficient- what a great young man: We will use again!

Been looking for a pool Company for the last month. I had given shimmering Waters a call after my last pool service turned my pool completely green with lots of algae, And was in need of some serious help!. I had a phone conversation with the owner about my situation, he agreed to come that following Friday. When Friday came, I got a phone call because they needed the gate code to get in the neighborhood.

I literally called right back less than a min later and left a message and three text messages with the gate code. but no return call back. I called again, still no phone call back. Text throughout the entire week they completely ignored me, Until I sent another text message begging to basically have my pool done, And then he finally text me that one of his guys have fallen very ill, and that I need to go with another pool service.

But why ignore a new client? This tells me they do not care about their business or their future potential clients. Absolutely has no good customer service skills, and you're starting to see that a lot these days. Just Doesn't seem to care much about their business at all! I would highly recommend to not go with them. I don't know how they got the good reviews? possibly just the clients that they can handle.

Should just be saying not taking any new clients at this time. I would recommend another pool service. I know there are lots of options out there. I've talk to other neighbors and sometimes it takes a few to get to the good ones! And if any other pool service is willing to turn my pool the beautiful color it should be please don't hesitate to contact me. Willing to pay well at this point lol

Critical:Professionalism I had shimmering pools install a new pump last season. Recently had to replace my 2nd salt cell. Couldn't figure out why! Then I noticed it bubbling when the pool wasn't running. Turns out the system wiring is wrong. Have tried to contact Dan for a week to correct the problem and still have not heard back!

I've had a few Different pool services in the past and like clock work they always end up flaking out for different reasons. Usually not showing up to service my pool weekly. Shimmering Waters is a much different pool service than what I'm accustomed to. They are professionals. They're upfront and honest. They quoted me a service price that hasn't changed since day one.

They keep me informed on clorine shortages. My pool guy Kelly is prompt and does an excellent job keeping my pool clean and crystal clear even with it being over 20 yrs old and in some what need of repair. I now consider Kelly a friend. I would encourage anyone who is in need of a quality pool service check out Shimmering Waters. They check all the boxes.

Dan and Ryan have been great. Dan went out of his way to meet me during his time off and make sure the pool in my new house would make it until our first scheduled cleaning. I couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Shimmering Waters to anyone looking for a pool cleaning service.

Dan is awesome! I first went with shimmering Waters pool because it's veteran-owned and I myself am a veteran. But I found that the company is more than that they really know their stuff! You're not going to be pushed into buying more than you need to get your dream pool and if you're like me you also want a fair price and that's what you get from Shimmering Waters pool a BIG bang for your buck! This is a company you can trust and I will definitely use them for any of my future pool needs.

Run far away from this company. All serious work/pool renovations are done by day laborers, not pool professionals. The quality of work is absolutely terrible and consider yourself fortunate if your property has not been damaged as a result of their work. The owner will put you off, conveniently forget conversations and string you along indefinitely. This company is simply not equipped to handle anything more than the most minor pool repair. Hire at your own risk.

Every week my pool looks great! Called the morning of a storm and by noon my pool was ready to use. I also was in a pinch with a client who needed her pool cleaned on short notice and Daniel helped me out.

Dan has been fantastic. My pool was a green mess and he came out and has been working to get it back to normal for a week. Dan is responsive and is reasonably priced. I'm so thankful to find someone that really knows what he is doing after going thru numerous pool "experts" who told me they could fix the pool but just put some chemicals in the pool, took my money and never heard from again. Dan is a life saver

I called Shimmering Waters, because I was having trouble with the sucker as it was not working, after I had tried several things. I sent an email request, later in the evening and i got a response immediately from Dan. Dan came out, was very friendly, explained everything in detail, was thorough, answered all my questions. Most importantly got the sucker working and reset the timer to run longer. Plus, he only charged me half of the service call fee.... Great customer service!! Will definitely call them again.

Contacted Shimmering Waters to start weekly pool service and they came out promptly and began services. I have never owned a pool before so Dan was kind enough to explain to me everything about the pump and cleaner and everything involved, very helpful. Some parts were worn out and Dan replaced them asap and got my pool into top working condition. I would definitely recommend Shimmering Waters Pool Services!

After inquiring with 10+ pool companies, Dan provided the best price on a new cartridge filter. Dan was very responsive to all of my calls and messages. He arrived on time and completed the installation as promised. I'm extremely pleased with the new cartridge filter now. My pool stays super clean now! I ended up going with his recommendation, Hayward C4030 and it's been fantastic.

He even recommended a new pool vacuum, The Pool Cleaner by Hayward and it's been fantastic. My pool is looking better than ever. I highly recommend Dan and his services. Thank you Dan!

Dan come out to inspect my pool pump and determined the issue right away. A broken valve which is covered by my home warranty. He also gave me good information on how to properly clean my pool and what chemicals to use.

Dan and all his staff have been great in caring for our pool. Communication is professional Fromm all we've come in contact with. Reminders of upcoming needs such as filters needing cleaned help us stay on top of the pool needs, but also help us plan for the expense.

Dan was very, very helpful & arranged for workers to fix spa tiles that had come loose. After an inspection, it turned out to be a bigger job than initially expected, so he arranged for a tile setter to come by two days later.
