We recently bought a vacation home in Mesa. We wanted our own private pool and spa, but being from Canada, we worried about the pool being built when we couldn't be there. I am custom Residential Architect in the Northwest Valley and hired NR to build are pool, not bad at actual building of the pool, but our mistake was hiring them for basic pool service. Absolutely horrible service, on one complaint call we made they sent their construction manager out to cover a service related issue and he admitted there service department was not good.

The whole process wowed us. Before we had committed to having Tyler and his team build the pool, he gave us a binder full of information and even wrote us a thank you note after meeting with us. We met with several pool builders, but Tyler was the only one that really listened to what we wanted and gave us a concept to match.
