The service was great! On time, dependable and friendly! My filter was broken and the pool was green and pretty bad. I got 3 other estimates as well because I thought if they all said the same thing was needed I would know for sure what needed to be done. Only We Fix Ugly Pools pinpointed the broken parts and said they could replace them. The other guys tried to sell me a whole new filter, a new pump, new plumbing and told me I would have to drain the pool and acid wash it-All to the tune of thousands of dollars!

I went with We Fix Ugly Pools and the technician Cole replaced the broken parts and the leaking section of pipe and the filter works good as new! I am so happy with the results, my pool is blue and sparkling and we didn't even drain it! I knew my equipment wasn't all bad and just needed some repairs and Cole agreed with me and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Hired to replace the waterline tile on my large pool. They came right out and gave a reasonable estimate. I picked the tile and it was installed beautifully. Also did a light acid wash that really brightened up my blue quartz plaster. Workers were all very professional. The only issue I had was a lack of communication about when my project would start. They were a bit hard to contact at times but I understood that they were short staffed due to the pandemic. All in all I am very pleased and would recommend them.
