I recommend this company even though they checked out my system and found nothing wrong. Jose was my service guy and he was great. Most repair guys would have fed a line that my system was about to go out but Jose was knowledgeable and truthful not only fully checking out my system but gave helpful hints how to do preventive maintenance and and resolving any issues myself.

He even took time to give helpful hints what I should look for when I do install a water heater myself. He took the time to discuss my various project in a way that he seemed like a neighbor coming over to have a friendly chat. He seemed to reflect the whole company's attitude. I talked with one of the customer service personnel for almost an half a hour on the issue with my AC. Gave me every helpful hint to make sure I didn't wase my money paying for their service when I can resolved the issue myself. I highly recommend this place.

My kitchen sink was getting clogged and I tried numerous techniques on my own but they were all unsuccessful. I called Reddi services and Damion came through and got it fixed quickly. He was kind and knowledgeable and most importantly, got the job done. Thank you so much

I had significant flooding in my sub basement and was told by one company that it was likely backup from my septic system (yuck!). The company I usually call for septic pumping couldn't fit me in for several days so they referred me to Reddi Services. Michael Eldridge was at my house within 3 hours of my first call. He pumped the tank, inspected the system, and made a couple of recommendations for the issue.

He helped me determine that the basement flooding was likely rainwater, not septic backup, and he referred me to another company to help with that problem. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We would highly recommend Reddi services for septic repair/installation. It was a huge surprise but they were so professional and helpful on what the best solution would be. Tim came out and helped us find a solution, and Tyler and his crew got us a whole new septic system in just three days. We were only without septic for 4 ish hours. With a 6 month old baby that was a life saver! They were very professional and kind, easy to work with. We were very impressed and the cost was not horrible compared to other companies. Great customer service with quick response, and professional technicians. Repair to sewer backflow required removing floor tile, and concrete in a finished basement. Trevor took the time to explain everything before, during, and after repair. Repair was done quick and pleased with the cleanup. Trevor provided an estimate prior to repair that I thought was very reasonable and upon completion informed me the repair was significantly less. These guys have my business and will refer to anyone inquiring for plumbing services.

OK, Dear Reader, you can thank me now for NOT posting any pictures! You would have to bleach your brain if I did. Also, if you have a short attention span, I'll cut to the chase. You can stop reading right after this and hire these guys! Not only were they outstanding, but they were so much more affordable than three other companies were trying to charge me.

This is the sign you were looking for. Hire them. I have a house that sat vacant for a while and became the target of squatters. As you can imagine, with no running water, UGH UGH UGH. I called around for waste removal services before my contractor, Punchlist Pros, told me that he only uses Reddi Services. He swears by them. Okay, cool. I'll call them. Jay Denney was the first tech my guy dealt with.

We had to reschedule for this week to make sure the water was on so he could do his job completely. I requested him specifically because he was familiar with the house and it was pretty bad and he had already proved more than capable. My contractor was impressed with Jay's fearlessness. LOL. The day of the actual appointment, He was off. Yikes!

I was in a bit of a panic, but eventually I spoke to the new tech, Trevor DePriest, who was circling back because when he first showed up the electricity wasn't properly connected. LOL! So many issues! And these guys were so patient! All I can say is Trevor is a BEAST! I reached out to my contractor while he was working, and he said that Trevor was Superman and that he was handling his business.

When I spoke with Trevor, he actually reached out to me to let me know exactly what he did, which I think is also very cool of him. Even though my contractor said everything was good to go and there were no worries WHATSOEVER, I really appreciated understanding what had to be done and the extent of which Trevor went to make sure that the drains were all unclogged, free and clear, ready to go.

I am so thankful and grateful to this team! You guys really have some dedicated badasses working for you. This was a bit of a nightmare and you guys stepped in and made it good. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!

I called to get my Septic tank pumped based on its was time I pulled out my old receipt and called them appointment was for Saturday AM they got here about 11 I showed the guy where it was he grabbed a loose stick and pushed it in the ground and said we don't dig any deeper than a foot and half. I told the Red haired young man you've done it before he said I don't even have you in the system I said I called you based on my receipt. I said I'll have to search for someone else.

Zach Haglar was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I have serious plumbing issues with our sewage pipes and Zach has been very professional. He has been honest and very appropriate in explaining what was going on and how he was going to fix it. I appreciated his genuine customer service and willingness to help us solve our plumbing problem. We have more work to do in our home and I'm confident that Zach and Reddi Service will help us to get it done!

Justin Thompson with Reddi Services was quick, honest and thorough. He cleaned our sewer, ran a camera down it to show us where a nationally known company had not competed their job. We're now working with Reddi Services to complete the other company's job. Thank you Justin for all your good work. We're calling Reddi Services if we have problems in the future. Highly recommend you call them also. (BTW, we have yet to hear back from the nationally know company since we told them they had not completed their job.)

Within 4 hours of making a service call request, Youraj Khadka got my furnace running correctly again. He was extremely patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and he explained everything going on with my furnace in simple to understand language. He was very efficient and concerned that I was satisfied. He also gave me tips for making my furnace run more efficiently. Thank you, Youraj!

These guys are great. Specifically, Zach Shreve should be singled out. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He quickly identified the problems and corrected them. He also made us aware of some potential problems that might arise and discussed what the procedure would be to fix them and what the additional cost would be. He did great work at a competitive price. He was also careful to clean up the area when he was finished. I recommend Zach and Reddi Services without any hesitation!

Jose to save the day! Not once, but twice! Was so pleased with our service. Professional. Timely. And a genuinely good dude. I even learned a little about plumbing. I hope I don't see you again soon, unless we run into each other getting tacos.

Their service is awful. I've never had a worse experience with a contractor. I had my water heater replaced (not even sure it needed to be replaced) after their ridiculously expensive service price they didn't solder the connection correctly. After turning my water back on they didn't check the connection. Thank goodness I went down an hour later to load my water softener with salt to see my basement being sprayed with water like a bad spring break wet tee shirt contest.

It soaked my stairs, my softener and my alarm system interface. When confronted I was told to use a fan and given a business card for a water clean up service on my dime. how are these people in business I'll never know. Trust I'll never hiring a lawyer. Don't hire these people.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE CROOKS So a tenant of mine opened a maintenance request to the property manager regarding a toilet that wouldn't quit running. Property manager sent Reddi Rooter over to take a look. As you can see on the estimate, Reddi Rooter recommended replacing the toilet for $800. Property manager sent me the estimate to approve which I quickly said NO. I knew the toilet was only 1 year old so sent my contractor over. There was NOTHING wrong with the toilet. Flapper was stuck. These people will screw you over. STAY AWAY!

This was our second time using Reddi Services and we were not disappointed. Tom was very kind and thorough and made sure to check out all of the piping and possible issues before diagnosing the problem. We love how Reddi Services send us a plumber bio, ETA, and location tracker for when the plumber is dispatched to the home. We will definitely be using Reddi Services for all of our plumbing needs.

Called yesterday to schedule a drain unclog for today. Not only did they not show up they call me at 2:30pm (on a Friday) to let me know they won't make it till Monday. So I'm stuck with a basement full of sewage for the entirety of the weekend. Worth noting, they are the most expensive company in town. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Reddi Services came highly recommended from a friend. They communicated along the way and it was very easy to get an appointment. Justin was the service tech and he was awesome. He showed up on time and and was very knowledgeable.

I had just bought a new house and had an issue with how one of my gas lines was run and needed it removed as well as possibly running a new line. Joel Bailey was great! We talked through the issue I had and he came up with a nice simple solution. He also got me set up with their Maintenance Plan which, having a house that's almost 100 years, I am sure will be helpful! Ian

They are very professional and very honest and the time they gave me they were there they got it done and I'm very happy the person I worked with his name is Tim I definitely recommend them

I called them for the 1st time after hours. The lady quoted $79. The guy was professional & organized that I gave him $5.00 to buy snack on way home. We did discuss fact that woman said $79 & he quoted $89. So I paid 89. When he left he drove off my driveway & got stuck in my yard all 4 tires & left huge ruts. We were busy with that & after he left I noticed that he emailed a receipt that did not explain services, put all 0.00 so I have no proof I paid $89.

So he ripped me off! And tore up my yard! He probably wasn't paying attention. I called the office to complain & was told a supervisor would phone me but hasn't. Tho he was good at his job I'm not sure if I will use again I'm a retired senior & cant afford to get ripped off. Plus they can't stand by their quotes.

My master shower was dripping constantly. It had been "fixed" about a year ago by another local company. Don came in, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Both faucets even turn the same direction now which is so nice. Had a gift card so the price was even more reasonable. I will definitely keep Reddi Services at the top of my list.

Don't use them. Manager on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Other reviews say the same. Call KC Metro Plumbing instead. They are great! The Reddi technician Tyler was very professional and polite. But the man who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Tyler cleaned a back up in my main drain line. But water got stuck in a crawl space from running water to clean the drain.

I asked them to remove the water that got stuck there and Tyler didn't have the equipment to do it right away. They said they would call me the next day. No one called. I followed up. Someone then called me and said they could bring a truck to get rid of that water and it would cost $700. My drain line cleaning job was only $150. The manager on the phone then was rude and unprofessional.

I will not use this company ever again! My regular plumber cleaned that water with a hand held water vacuum. Reddi wanted to bring a truck and charge hundreds of dollars. Ridiculous.

Don't know what happened to them. They use to be my go to plumbing company. Last few times I've used them I have had to cancel and call someone else. They always did good work when they showed up but I can't have a plumbing emergency and wait 5 or 6 hours for someone to call me back. Sucks because their prices were the best in town but what good is it when you never know if they are actually going to show up or not.

Thank you to the dispatcher, Phil and Don, our service tech. An hour after I called Don was at our door, figured out the problem and was able to get the replacement pump, install it and got us back in business quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Reddi Services.

The plumbers are good. However, the dispatching and planning is horrible. No set time or even a reasonable window when they arrive. You might find yourself camping at home all day hoping they show up. They call 30 min before they show up. So camp at home ALL DAY and wait for a phone call.

First of all, I called and the initial call was fantastic. The customer service was beyond. They couldn't get out the same day, but that was fine. When Paul came the next day, he was awesome. He was professional, helpful, and honest. Apparently I cleared whatever the problem is (for the time being) and he didn't try to sell unneeded services.

He helped me remove the back stairs and had to get Into the unnerving crawl space. He did so with a positive attitude and great sense of humor. Although nothing needed to happen immediately, I will definitely hire this company in the future. Thank you!
