We are now since 4.5 years with Specialized Pest Control. We do a bi-monthly pest-control service for inside and outside our house. We never had any issues w roaches, termites or ants thanks to them! They are very professional, have reasonable prices, are always on time, and have short lead-times to get an appointment - and Eduardo, the owner, is such a sweetheart! Top customer service! I actually live in apartment where we get Pest Control. Every three months it's usually your neighbor that's living unhealthy that will make your house unhealthy I never had roachs issue till I got new Neighbors,A fter a couple of visits nothing was being done We still had Creepy Crawlers walking around. I had to reach out to Specialized Pest Control company to help me out it's going on 4 year's since I've been with them.

I must say Im very happy, when I hear other apartment people still complain about their place I'm like look let me refer you to this company. I also recommend the apartment building to reach out to Specialized Pest Control to get better service for their own pest control Status. Side note I refuse the apartment Pest control cuz I'm loyal to good work. From Specialized Pest Control it's a family affair now THANK YOU
