I am going out of my way to leave a review for this company because they truly deserve it. The customer service and professionalism was amazing. Not only did they show up on time but they absolutely took care of my termite issue. I have not seen a single one and it has been about 5 months now. I highly recommend supporting this local Miami company I'd give 6 stars if I could.

This place is amazing, Carlos was very professional very enthusiastic but most important of all he did an amazing job. He was very careful the entire time, very nice, very professional and did the job with perfect timing. He arrived on time and did everything down to the detail and fast. Carlos completed a termite inspection of my house. He came on Saturday for my convenience since I work all week and the price was very reasonable. He was very professional and did a complete and thorough examination of my house, examining the entire attic, exterior wood and wood door frames. He also gave me some tips on how to seal up the house from termites.
Unfortunately my house does have termites, and he was able to answer all my questions about the level of infestation. After speaking with him about the treatment options, I felt he knew the details of the fumigation process very well. I definitely recommend this company for termite inspections.

After going through about 5 different pest control companies, I have found the perfect one! Carlos from Ideal Pest Control understands my needs and is extremely responsive.
