We had everything ready for th gentleman. All or most appliances were cleaned and pulled back. All they need to do was put the bait and fumigate and bit. The gentleman was very quick and friendly. I've been using pest control services for years in my home. The previous company I was with no longer serviced my area. I found New Era by Google and automatically attracted to the company. I called for an appointment and spoke on the phone with the owner for about half an hour. Very informative, professional and attentive. I signed a 6 month contract and am very happy with my decision.
Service advisor was punctual for the appointment. Discussed all issues with me on hand and delivered as promised. Truly appreciate that New Era uses non-toxic chemicals for insect removal. No need to leave your home or anything. Highly recommend!

We were having an ant problem in our home but wanted to find a company that you didn't need a contract to work with and was environmentally friendly for pets and kids. This company hit all the marks and was great to work with! Once we established contact, it was easy to schedule an appointment. They were o. time and very responsive throughout the process. Monty and Kevin were great!
The service was also very effective as the ants are gone! We will be working with them again should we need anything in the future. My only feedback would be to streamline the initial contact via text message or email. It took me a few attempts to get a quote. But once we connected, they were wonderful to work with! Thanks again for your work! You were great!

I found New Era on Nextdoor and am very happy I did. Monty took the time to walk me through the process, explain the why how and what to expect. He patiently answered all my questions without rushing. This was extremely appreciated. I received constant communication leading up to the appointment and even afterwards. I received reminders which was also great.

The serviceman who came to my house was friendly, knowledgable and really took his time to explain everything to me and give me tips on how to prevent and deter further infestations. after just a few days I don't see any bugs. I am very happy with this service since I also know it won't hurt my pets< just the bugs! Services: Ants, Spiders, Cockroaches

Monty was very responsive, professional, and very supportive. We are very happy with the service we received! They are transitioning out of the Broward county area and although they are unable to service our home any longer, he made the transition to another company great. He so graciously referred me to a reputable contact and remained very transparent and professional throughout. Great service! I used New Era a few years ago when we first moved into our house. I noticed we had some large roaches outside that were probably coming from the crawlspace under the house. I also saw a few indoors as well. They sprayed inside (no smell) and dusted the crawlspace and since then, we haven't had any creepy crawlies. Highly recommend.

Monte and Darren were very responsive in both our initial contact and in follow-up. They informed us about everything we needed to know and were very patient in doing so, as well as with our many questions. Darren came out in a timely fashion and was very thorough and friendly. I was also impressed because it's unusual to have someone contact you to see how satisfied you are after a job is completed, but that's what they do. And of course, the fact that their products are natural is super-important. I highly recommend New Era.

We recently purchased our first home in the Miami area. After a week or so moving in, we noticed that we had a huge ant problem. Our driveway was covered with trails of ants as well as our counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. We tried everything and nothing would make them go away. We sampled everything from Raid to ant traps and nothing seemed to work.
