1st Solution Pest Control

On 6/6/22 in Miami Beach, we were told to vacate our apartment building due to the pest control treatment ( tenting) we were given bags and instructions to double bag food, not cans or bottles of wine. When I got back to my apartment I found that all the meat, lots of fish organic lamb that were double bagged as instructed were gone, I also noticed that all my spices, lots of them, also double bagged were gone, and even a bottle of wine was missing from my rack, I called the person that was listed in the clearance paper on my door, the person first took it personally saying he does not need to take anything, I explained I was not pointing him, just telling what happened, then he said he was there with his supervisor and by the end of the call he said he is the owner and he was going to make an investigation, this person that misrepresented himself as an employee, then the owner communicated a few times after but did not provide a solution, I lost more than $500 in meat spices wine and who knows what else I haven account for.

My neighbors have all similar stories. I asked for photographic evidence of the mishandling of the bagging id that was the excuse but I hear nothing but diffusion, and zero responsibility, If you hire this company take your valuables and even your food out of the house or it will; be gone when you get back home

Unbelievable how unprofessional this company was in tenting my neighbor's house. We live in a very close boundary line community so when the neighbor's house gets tented, our house is essentially going to need to work with them to get the job done. Also, when boundary lines are literally on top of each other, respect is going to need to be of prime importance for obvious reasons.

When I came home to see what these crewman left behind, I was utterly appalled, as was everyone else who saw it with me. I'm a very rational, reasonable person so I expected there to be plant death from the tenting that touches the house. That's not what I'm writing about here. I also expected the crew to NOT leave behind trash in every direction, from the tape they used to seal the tent, including tape wrappers, empty tape rolls, crumbled up balls of tape, water bottles strewn about, etc, etc, etc.

They left piles of dirt kicked up on our walkway, scalloped landscape edging being knocked over, thereby causing exorbitant amounts of dirt and aforementioned trash being blown into my pool. They apparently dragged sand bags around the yard leaving white chalky stuff e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e, including lines all around my tiled pool patio and literally going down the entire driveway & even down the length of the street to where they parked their cars.

All of this was inexcusable. I was mind blown when I came home to this type of disrespect. They treated my property with zero care and in fact acted like complete pigs. I would never ever ever ever ever recommend using this company because if they hire men that treat your property like this, who knows what else they'd do. I'm not shocked at all to read another reviewer say that their house was robbed after hiring '1st Solutions' AS IF solutions are what they specialize in when PROBLEMS are what they brought to my home. Unreal honestly. Unreal.

Warning! BEWARE! stay away from this company! do not trust them with your time or your money. OUR HOUSE WAS ROBBED. they are insensitive and unprofessional individuals. After 40 years in the same house I've never been so violated until we let them in. I'm shaking in disbelief and I've lost more than money and valuables, my sense of trust and security is gone.

In less than 24 hours my world was turned upside down. Chris, who was my contract agent didn't even give me a call. Police confirmed there was no signs of forced entry. After all of this we are STILL lefted with living pest in the house 4 days later. So dont believe the 2 year guarantee! I will never call them back for help and recommend everyone to stay away. You will be robbed in many ways. And still have pests!

Top of the line service and attention to customers! A true life saver! I moved into apartment that unbeknownst to me had been poorly maintained and was infested with fleas. After waking from my first full night in the apartment with over 70 bites, I knew I was in trouble. This is all bad new for someone who is extremely allergic to fleas. After some extensive back and forth with my landlord, who first denied it and later tried to suggest that I had caused the infestation (I have no pets), the 1st Solution Team came and offered a solution at a reasonable cost.

First an Inspector was sent to assess the problem. The inspector was a true professional. After inspecting the space he presented me with a treatment plan for my precise predicament. Being particularly sensitive to my dilemma, the first solution team went above and beyond to provide my first treatment that same day. Due to the severity of the infestation the treatment required multiple applications, which the 1st solution team explained to me upfront.

I really appreciated the clarity w the plan was presented to me with as well as being told what to expect after application. The other company, rhymes w/Duly Molen, that I reached out to refused to offer a specified treatment for my particular issue and instead pushed monthly pest control services that would have done little to actually tackle the flea infestation.

Later on when I discovered I was being "visited" by mice, I knew to call the 1st solution team. Like with the fleas, the team knocked it out of the park. Truly stellar!.And for anyone wondering, I will be moving out of my apartment as soon as the lease ends. Stop reading reviews and call these guys already!

Extremely happy with 1st Solution Pest Control and the services they provided. The crew was courteous and prompt and handled everything very professionally. I would recommend to anyone for their pest problems.

The staff came on time, they were very courteous and respectful. The price was better than 3 other quotes that we got from other companies. I dint loose anything, they handled everything with care. Great job!

House was tented, did attic spray, and had pest control. Nestor Jr and the initial tech were friendly, communicated the entire process and gave great service.

I spent close to $300 to have our yard and perimeters of the house I side and out sprayed. We had a serious ant issue with a few roaches here and there. This company came to spray and the incident got WORSE! If that's even possible. We saw more roaches and more ants. My husband went to Home Depot and bought the sprays they sell there and that worked better than this company!

Sad that I spent so much money. I called and complained, they're going to send someone else out here again. I would pay a little more for another company that actually works.

This was the biggest rip off of my entire 18 years in Miami. They are thieves. I was charged $675 for a rodent removal. I could have paid for $800 for my entire house (1300 sq feet) to be tented. I feel totally taken advantage of. When I tried to speak to a manager and ask if they could possibly give me a complimentary bug spray around the perimeter, I was told they would charge me another $100. I am just sick that I paid these preying thieves. Please, do yourself a favor and do not regret like me. Do not call for their services.

My parents contracted 1st Solution Pest Control for a termite problem at their home. Fabio Herrera was polite and professional during the initial contract and collection of the money. It turns out that this company hired No Limit Termite & Pest for the actually services. My parents roof tiles were destroyed in the process and nobody wants to take responsibility. Fabio no longer returns phone calls and blames the other company.

Don't be fooled by 1st Solution Pest Control. Yes, they are professional when you first meet them, but then they give the job to some other company to do for less price. The company No Limit has horrible reviews and if I would have known this, I would have never contracted 1st Solution for the job.
