Jeremy is great to deal with; he communicates well, is personable, friendly and very attentive to quality and customer satisfaction. He has done repair work for us before and we trusted him to do this job well. Jeremy installed a new LiftMaster motor and belt rail to replace a 30 year old chain driven system. After much research, I decided paying for this top line of Chamberlain motors and professional installation would be worth it, with an excellent warranty and the same dealer/installer to stand behind the product and work.

It cost more to go this route vs the big box line but again it gives us confidence and peace of mind this project is now well taken care of. We also had Jeremy install a keypad outside. We are very pleased. Jeremy is first rate and I highly recommend him.

Great experience. We called on a Sunday and Jeremy answered and set an appointment for first thing on Monday to take a look at our issue. He gave honest advice about what needed to be replaced and what did not. We had our new door installed by Thursday of the same week. Could not have been happier with the service.

Jeremy is the best! He's very professional, explained what had happened to our door and offered me different options ranging in price for fixing it. I found him through an offer and lots of positive reviews on Angie's List. He went above and beyond, cleaning up after himself and installed a new opener and coils. He's a stand up guy and I have had to call him with questions over the last year and he always answers the phone or gets right back to me.

We love our new motors in our garage. Jeremy did an excellent job installing them & explaining how they work. I would HIGHLY recommend Open Up. We'll be using Open Up again when it's time to replace our new doors (which is soon).

Jeremy squeezed us in (thankfully) and did a quick job of fixing our garage spring. I called in the morning and he came in the afternoon. Very friendly and upfront. Will definitely call him again if we have any garage needs!
