Home warranty sent this to fix my garage door. Charge me 189$ and the garage door is not even opening. They quoted me 2100 to change the garage door. Why bother charging 189$ cant even fix it.

I found Garage Door and More through "ANGI". Within about a half hour of joining Angi with a request for replacements of (2)garage door motors and (2) door seals. Kelly from GD&M responded to my post request and an appointment was scheduled. Jake came out looked over the project added other suggestions related to continued maintenance and thoroughly explained costs.

Although other companies responded, after Jake's visit I cancelled the other scheduled appointments because like anything in life you know when you know, so my search was over. My experience with every person who has worked with me has been a very pleasant one. The professionalism of these individuals supercede what was expected. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Our garage door stopped opening so we requested a few quotes from a couple of company's. Koren was the only one to take the time to look at our motor and find the exact issue. He did not tell us we needed to replace a ton of other things like other companies. We needed to replace our motor and wheels on the door. Koren and Matt came out to replace them and did an excellent job!

My repair man Josh was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Not only did he fix the problem, he took the time to share small known facts about garage doors and how to properly maintain them during his visit. One of the springs snapped on my garage door system rendering the door unusable. Kori came out to give a free estimate and explained exactly what was going on and what we would need. We have extremely heavy solid wood garage doors that require commercial parts. Other companies had told us up to two weeks to get them in. They came out through a service request of choice home warranty. They basically charge me $45 to tell me to call the manufacture. I would not recommend this company.

I called Garage Door and More when I heard a weird clicking sound coming from my garage door this morning when I opened it. The technician was able to troubleshoot and tell me right away what the problem was. I scheduled an appointment that evening and the technician was on time and extremely friendly and warm. He got straight to work and told me what he was doing every step of the way.

Corey is a great, friendly, honest, hardworking man. He knows what he's doing. He replaced my broken torsion spring and installed two new ones. He was done within 35 minutes. They have the best price compared to all of the other companies I've looked into and they were much more friendly and warm people.

I did not use this company, but they need a little better customer service. I called and simply got a questionable Hello? I was not aware that I was calling a business, more like I had the wrong number to an individual. I inquired about having someone come look at our garage for repairs, and they mentioned yeah, we are kinda busy at this time so we can't get someone out there for the next couple of days or so. It was just so bizarre and unprofessional. They might do good work, who knows.

After all the problems with arrival times, the installers finally showed up. They were very professional and apologized for the delay. I must say they did a good job on the install. The doors work great, Eric explained everything completely and they look good too! Other than the appointment mix up they did a good job.

The guy at garage door and more quoted me $400 less right away with no hassle. A tech came out that day to take measurements of my door, and finished the job the next morning. I was extremely pleased with their services.
