A few weeks ago, my furnace wasn't blowing any hot air. They sent someone out right away, even though the weather was warm and we could have waited (thanks climate change.) From diagnosing the problem, getting the part, and repairing it, the entire process took less than an hour. The trainee was Joel and he was just great! He was patient and answered my elderly mom's questions about her own furnace.
I hope he's done training and on his own soon! He was polite, professional, clean, kind, knowledgeable, and all-in-all a great technician. In the future, I'll be requesting him specifically. Also, my furnace is now running great!

Great folks to deal with and very responsive. Why so low a rating? I have to judge on results. I had them come in November 2021 to install a humidifier. It's now February 2022. Just a quick estimate, I believe they have been here to install/troubleshoot or correct issues with the system close to or more than a dozen times. The last straw was this week, came to fix an issue which has now cascaded into a furnace/fan issue. With that I'm done and need to find another company to fix the issues.

Our heat went out suddenly at 5 am on a day with snow and -2 degrees outside. We called and left a message and had our call returned within 10 minutes. The company responded quickly and was here the same day by 9 am. Mark, the owner, quickly diagnosed the problem, verified parts availability, and had the parts installed and the furnace running by 11am.
The quick customer service and response was greatly appreciated, particularly with weather conditions forecasted of a low of -9 to 16 degrees over the upcoming week. I felt the company acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism. I will continue using this company for all HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!

The people from Springs H & C were professional and personable. From each phone call to when we received the estimate (that was 1/2 of what the competition quoted) to the installation and follow-ups, they were timely and professional. I will certainly recommend them to anyone that is in need of repair/replacement for both A/C and a Furnace.

Furnace went out, they scheduled the earliest appointment they had to get it fixed. Mark came out amd the fix was done in an hour. A couple hours later Kevin came out to replace a missing part, clean and service the furnace. Both were knowledgeable, professional and very efficient with their work and had it done in a timely manner. 10/10 will use again and recommend to others!

Gentleman came by to assess. he was professional and informative. In 2 years time I've had to replace the mother board on the humidifier and now replace the whole unit. Not happy about this at all. I understand why the owner switched to a different humidifier. But there should be some 1/2 way point on this.

Even though it wasn't an emergency, they scheduled a service call within 24 hours. Zach, the technician, was clean, polite, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. Zach gave me the attention and information I wanted and explained everything to me. The price was fair, some parts need to be ordered to complete warranty work, so Zach made everything safe until the work can be completed. Veteran owned company who treats everyone right, especially this veteran, in my opinion.

I was quite happy with the service, the lady in the office (sorry I didn't catch her name) was kind and professional, she set me up with a late night appointment because I wanted to get it done even at a little extra cost. She then had a cancelation and contacted me immediately and set me up with even an earlier appointment at a cheaper rate. Then Zach showed up at the house on time, maybe even a little early.
Very polite and professional. Went right to work after introducing himself, had the problem figured out in five minutes and fixed in ten. Well done Zach, I will recommend this team to anyone that needs it for here on out. Thanks Guys

Our experience was great.our original appointment was scheduled on a Tuesday. We got a call on Thursday of the week before that one of the techs had a family emergency and had to take some time off; we were asked to reschedule. Unfortunately due to work schedules, we weren't able to. Not even 2 hours later we got a call that they could fit us in that day. The tech came out and did a very thorough job. We would use Springs again!
