Convict Hill Floor Covering

We have just replaced all the carpeting in our home (bedrooms and upstairs game room) using Convict Hill Flooring. We are delighted with the results. Our carpet is beautiful and feels wonderful under foot. The installation team did a wonderful job and Christian and Courtney were helpful from start to finish. We have used other flooring companies in the past, but this experience was above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Christian and Convict Hill Flooring twice now for major flooring projects. I have zero complaints! Both experiences have been as good as it gets. We met with Christian, during Covid times, by appointment at the store. We didn't feel rushed as we looked over samples and asked plenty of questions. We selected a LVT and made the arrangements for having it installed. The installation went very well. All of the installers that worked at our house wore masks and kept everything clean. The results were fantastic. We are very pleased with the entire process and look forward to working with Convict Hill Flooring in the near future.

This is the second project I have had completed by Convict Hill Floors, after being referred to them, and both the tile and wood installation were done exactly as promised. The work is perfect - and I am picky. The crew went above and beyond on my latest floor install to give me exactly what I was looking for, even though it was harder and made the install much more complicated. We entrusted Christian and her team with a large remodel and quick turn around time as we were eager to move in. The remodel included, among other things, replacing all the flooring, painting the whole interior, closing off an office, redoing the stairs with wood, redoing the master bathroom with a cast iron tub and gorgeous shower, and a complete redo of the kitchen.

Christian was very open and honest in all of her communication, provided us with detailed timelines, helped us make design decisions, which we are SO thankful for, and she was right on budget. Her subs were all very professional and any issues that arose were quickly and professionally resolved. They also finished the project on time and we were able to move in on our originally planned date! I highly recommend Christian and we can't wait to start our next project! Convict Hill and its owner, Christian, were recommended to me by my ex-wife, who had recently purchased new carpet from them--and was very pleased with the carpet and installation. I liked Christian instantly when I dropped in on them because she was helpful but also gave me plenty of time to "shop" their many products on my own. I felt so comfortable with her that I simply provided a key to my place so the installation could be done while I was working out of town.
