Centurion Plumbing is contracted through American Home Shield. They know how to lie to AHS to get your covered repair denied. If they are not willing to speak to AHS or any other third party in front of you, cancel the appointment and make them leave then request a refund of your service fee. We ended up $735 out of pocket because they lied to AHS about a repair that would have been covered. Instead we would have paid $75. Now I cannot get anyone from that company to respond. Do not use this company period.

Truly the worst contractors I've ever worked with. These guys came to replace a component, that failed three months later and flooded a part of my house. When on the phone they said "no problem, we guarantee our work and will take care of it". Well a month after trying to track them down, no answer, no returned calls, no returned texts, etc., now I'm paying someone else to do it right.
Don't buy the veteran friendly angle, I'm a vet and they knew that, and still left me high and dry. If quality, customer service, or time are of any concern, look anywhere else.

I was referred to Centurion Plumbing Services for a second opinion by American Home Shield (AHS) Warranty Company. The technician showed up, took a look at the broken faucet and said that it was an easy repair. He even said that he had the correct part in his truck, but would have to seek approval from AHS before proceeding with the repair. He said he would be back later in the day or the following Monday to perform the repair once he had the authorization.
It is now nearly 60 days later and I haven't heard back from Centurion Plumbing or AHS, even after over a dozen calls from me. I called at least 3x per week and I received no response from either company. Avoid Centurion Plumbing. They do not value their customers or your business.

Whatever you do in life. please avoid this place! I wish I could rate zeros stars, because they did not complete the job we requested them to do. It began in November when I contacted American Home Shield to have our faucet repaired. They assigned Centurian and after the first appointment was not kept it was rescheduled and they came out to our home.
They stated it was unrepairable. They stated that once a new faucet was obtained they would return to install. The faucet was received the next day, and this began the ignoring of phone calls and text messages. This place/company if you choose to call it, failed to respond and even acknowledge the flood of messages that both myself and spouse gave in attempt to have our job completed.
When appointments were set, they were not kept on numerous occasions and no phone call was given to reschedule. I could go on, but this cycle repeated until we finally were able to have contract given to another company. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! AVOID THIS PLACE, AND SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE!

Raul and his team did a great job on a recent repipe for us at our new home. They were great with our tight schedule. The plumbers worked hard and were committed to completing the job in a timely manner and with minimal wall and tile repairs. We really appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness to our plumbing needs. We will definitely use them again as needed.

Troy and Zach are amazing! I moved into a home that is pretty old and ended up with some major plumbing issues due to tree roots crushing my main lines. Within 2 days they were able to get the equipment they needed to dig up my front yard to reroute and replace my lines. I was amazed that they got all of that word done in one day! They are both very friendly and will do whatever they can to find the best and most affordable solution for your plumbing issues. Thanks again gentlemen!

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS PLUMBER. We had one of the worst business experiences and want to save anyone else from going through what we did. We began this job in June and were told the job would be completed in July, then we were strung along with excuses for more months. In October we were told we would have our gas line in and job completed in time for Thanksgiving.
He said he would show up, but wouldn't; he hired our handyman to do part of the job but never paid him, and he kept making excuses for why the permit was delayed, when in fact he permit was ever pulled. We made the mistake of putting down a deposit, but when the job was nowhere closer to completion after 5 months, we called in a new plumbing company.
The new job and permit were completed in THREE DAYS. We are kind and trusting people and got taken advantage of. Hoping to save others form getting involved with this company.

I had Troy install a new tankless water heater and two years later I had some plumbing work done at my house with a different plumbing company and he informed me that the water heater was not installed correctly. There was no relief valve and recirculating line was not connected. The pump which is the main component to this type of water heater was not connected either. I tried calling several times but would not return calls. Please stay away from this company.

Sadly disappointing. We were assigned this plumber from our home warranty. Work order was two faucets and a toilet. They missed their first scheduled appointment, due to a medical issue, which is understandable. But they did not communicate with us, had to call them for three days then called my home warranty company and they got a hold of them. The owner called me, he is very nice, we reschedule.
His employee came out, fixed one faucet, took one look at the toilet said he would have to come back. We scheduled the second visit, then the day before the appointment, I get a text message notifying me my appointment had been moved to another day. No question of my availability, just moved. I messaged the company back and the owner called me, he said his employee was told to call me and ask if they could move the appointment.
He didn't check with me but when I spoke to the owner, I agreed to the new appointment day. The employee came out, this time took the toilet off, and said the flange was too high. He said he would need to call the home warranty company and ask if they would cover the cost. He said it should take a day. The employee said, sorry I can't even hook your toilet back up so for about a week I had no working toilet in the guest bathroom.
I called.the plumber and the owner said "I will tell the warranty company about it, so they cover it. Just don't screw us on the review". Okay well they told the home warranty company it was not normal wear and tear so they warranty company will not cover it. So here we are with the review. Truth is, if its not wear and tear, that's okay. I'd even excuse the comment the owner made to me because his employee told the warranty company what he believes is right.
The problem so far has been, every time I need to contact this plumber, I call and text and don't hear back for days. Fed up with them and having to pay out of pocket, I decided I'll hire a different plumber to finish the toilet repair. He looked and said the flange was not too high, and the home warranty company should be made aware of the incorrect diagnosis, but his company does not work with my home warranty company so if he did the work, it would not be covered unless I file a reimbursement claim.
I wanted to support Centurion Plumbing because it is a local family business, with military veteran ownership, but the poor communication and employee who I don't think wants to be a plumber were too much to continue a business relationship with. I will be notifying my home warranty company of these issues and requesting that future service calls go to any other plumbing company.

My Home Warrenty called this company on a Tuesday, the technician called me when he was done and stated he would be back on Thursday after it was approved. Thursday came and went, Friday came and went, the weekend came and went in between having words with the owner. First he tells me he doesn't know what I'm talking about because he's never been to my house, then he tells me my claim has been denied by my warranty company.
That is false so I went with 10 days with no running water at in the kitchen and him not showing up to finish the job. Needless to say I had to call another company. He walked away with my $45 service fee and I'm out of pocket because I had to call in another company.

They never came back to do the work and they never return your calls. Had the warranty company get in touch with them and they don't answer their calls or emails either. Zack was my service tech who was very friendly and knowledgeable and said he would turn everything in to office to get it fixed through warranty and the service call is still open saying waiting for parts (over 3 weeks ago) when they can just pick them up at home Depot. Not really happy right now since I don't have hot water going into showers.

I replaced the faucet on our kitchen sink and found that the shutoff valve coming out of the wall for my hot water was bad. The plumber we've used in the past came by, looked at it and said he didn't work on copper (what kind of plumber doesn't work on copper?). That left us in a bad place, since it was early Friday evening by now. We decided to call Centurion Saturday morning and was surprised that he would be able to come by around noon.
He called at 10 am and said he was on the way. Very polite and efficient and certainly knew what he was doing. The cost was a little higher than I had hoped for, but this was a Saturday (off-hours) and my next day off wasn't for a week. I would definitely use Centurion again and would certainly recommend them to anyone I know who's looking for a plumber.

I was having issues with low (really, no) water pressure and a tub blockage, and Centurion came out the next day. I sent out a lot of messages, and I liked that they responded quickly with the exact price they would charge. They fixed the issues that day within the hour they estimated, and it's SO much better.

After buying a house in October we realized that there must be a water leak next to our house. The ground was completely saturated and the soft ground made it impossible to even walk on. Two Orange County Water technicians and a different plumbers assured us it was a leak in our neighbors system, and told us to "have them fix it". But turns out that they were all wrong!
Within 10 minutes Raul had identified the true problem and we were able to make the repair. Thanks to Raul our water bill is 50% less and our yard is finally dry. Hopefully I won't need a plumber for a while, but when I do. Raul is the one I'm going to call.

I had an appointment with a guy named Raul for 11am, at 11am when he was supposed to be at my house i called him to see where he was and he said he had not even left his office yet but would get to me at 1pm the latest. At 1pm i called him to see where he was and he said he just got on to the 417 and was still 20 minutes away. I tried to express my discontent with the situation and he raised his voice on the phone to say, DO YOU WANT ME TO SHOW UP OR NOT. i told him we had to reschedule for the next day at 11am.
The next day instead of coming at 11am he got to my house BEFORE 10am and woke us up and shut off our water before we could even wake up. I am not pleased with raul's disrespectful demeanour and i would give him 0 stars if i could.
