We used Almichaels Flooring to install vinyl plank flooring in our new home. Al was prompt in responding to my call and came out to discuss what we needed. I was having problems finding a contractor that would lay our flooring since it wasn't purchased through them. I had one come out to measure and wanted to charge us more than twice what Almichaels did.

We were so happy with Al's overall attitude and willingness to provide a professional, courteous, friendly and timely service. His extremely experienced craftsman came out, on time, and proved that we called the right company to get the job done and done right. We could not be happier with our new floors. We can sum up Almichaels Flooring in one word, IMPRESSIVE. THANK YOU Al! We will be calling you again.

Do not hire this company. I dealt with Alfred and he is the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. He tried to charge me triple of what another company charged. Also, they are soooo unreliable. DO NOT HIRE THEM! ESP if you have to deal with Alfred!

I was very happy with the service I received from Al Michaels Carpet Cleaners. They did a great job cleaning my carpets and repaired two places where my carpet had been shredded by my cats. I was very satisfied and would use them again.

I would honestly review Al Michaels in negative stars if it were possible. I hired this company for floor installation in my home a few weeks ago. When they arrived, the men who were to do the installation had to basically be supervised the entire time they were working. I don't know where these men learned how to install flooring but I basically had to watch them the entire time otherwise they would have continued with their sloppy work and not have done what I had asked.

In addition, they left before the job was done. I paid them for the job they had quoted for, two rooms for floor installation, and they did not finish the job. When I called to reschedule, they said that they would not, and that they would charge me a second time to complete the job that I had originally paid them to do. I would not recommend this company.

I suggest prospective clients look elsewhere for flooring installation needs. Their representatives have been rude, uncooperative, and downright unprofessional. I completely regret spending one penny for this company's services. Please save yourself the time and headache and go to a different company. TL:DR This company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently used Al Michael's carpet cleaning service for one of our rental properties. We had quite a few stains on the carpet and most of them came off completely. Few still had a bit of hint that they were there, but we were fairly pleased with the outcome. Also Al has been able to come out to the property the same day we called. Time was of the essence as we wanted to get this done quickly. Overall very pleased.

Al came out himself to take a look at some hardwood floor that I believed needed repair from water damage. I'm leaving a 5-star review, because it is RARE to find such an honest person in this day an age. After travelling almost an hour to come to my property, Al spent only a few minutes looking at the wood before advising me that he won't take my money. The wood will naturally dry out by itself. A person that can turn down business for the sake of honesty is somebody I would wholeheartedly trust with future work.

I had a damaged laminate floor and they fixed the damage on budget, on schedule, and with great service. Definitely recommended!

Just when I thought good customer service was dead, we were pleasantly surprised to find Al. He was available on short notice for an after-hours job and showed up to do the job himself. He was prompt, professional, personable, thorough, affordable, and overall fantastic. Will definitely use him again as well as refer him to others.

Alfred replied to my call the same day and applied a lacquer coating to some worn floors in a rental property. Whilst the lacquer does not hide the terrible marks and deep bruising my Tenant made to areas, the rest of floors look fantastic and are now protected. The price charged was fair and the customer service provided by Alfred was excellent. I will give the carpet cleaning side of their Business a try next. Thank you guys. Scott

They did a great job on a hardwood repair job that we needed done. We have great floors and no one wanted take our small repair job, but these guys were willing to take the job and the area looks great. I will remember them when I need to replace a floor and recommend them when I know someone who is looking to put in new floors. They were timely and professional. I would anticipate that this would be the same experience if we needed carpet replacement as well.
