Highly recommended. Steve is very professional and has excellent experince with hydrojetting septic pipes. We had a problem with oury 48 year old septic system, and were preparing to replace it. However, before proceeding, I researched various alternatives, and decided to try cleaning the laterals with the Clog Hog, but didn't want to do this myself.

I called Atomic Rooter and Steve came over on the very next business day with his crew and equipment. He cleared out the laterals and the system started flowing immediately. total time was about two hours - a huge relief after months of a leaking D-box and fretting over the replacement system. Extremely pleased with his attitude, expertise, and quickness to respond! Steve also made some other suggestions that will save us thousands of dollars in installation costs, should a replacement system become necessary (but due to the jetting, that will be sometime off in the future). Definitely time and money well-spent.

I called Atomic with a list of non-urgent plumbing chores I wanted to be done on my new (to me) house. These plumbing chores ran the gamut from replacing outdoor water spigots to updating inside water valves and emergency shut-offs. Steve called me - we talked about the job, he gave me a reasonable rough ballpark price based on not having seen the work yet - and arranged a date to do the work and promised he'd be in touch closer to that date we selected for doing the work, as I was taking a day off to be around - and so, couldn't afford any flakiness. Steve communicated well, messaged me in advance to confirm he had the work scheduled and importantly had all of the parts in hand and lo and behold he showed up on time the day "of work", did the work cleanly and quickly and didn't leave me a mess. Working with Atomic Rooter was great and it was easy!
