Weird Window Cleaning

Weird really saved the day when my usual service was all booked up. They were able to clean all my windows and power wash the driveway the day before house showings started. Beautiful job, nice people, reasonable prices, prompt and professional--the only downside is that I'm leaving Austin so I can't enjoy the afterglow for much longer. PS: If you want your screens cleaned, be sure to mention this at booking, as it's an add-on.

I reached out to Weird Window Cleaning after searching online for a window cleaning company to clean the windows at my 2 story home. They were responsive and professional from the get go and were in constant contact from the bid process all the way to the end of the service. The crew were friendly and left my windows looking better then when I bought my home. Would use these guys again for sure!

Great local company! Everyone I dealt with were really professional and attentive! They left my windows looking better then when I bought my house 5 years ago. They also gave my gutters some needed TLC and pressure washed my driveway. I would definitely recommend these guys! I can truly say that the workers are exceptional and outstanding, but as far as the OWNERS JOSEPH and PARVEEN they are just horrible, very unprofessional people. I would NOT EVER recommend there SERVICE nor have anyone work for those kinds of people. I feel sorry for the workers that have to work for this company. As for JOSEPH he has no clue on what needs to be done as far as CLEANING a window. I would rather talk to workers then JOSEPH, because this man can just BUG and BUG you!

We had approx 30 windows cleaned and I can't even tell there is glass in them. The clean windows played a major role in the sale of our home that we got an offer on in less than 24 hrs. of being on the market. Highly recommend these guys. Ask for Jose. He will amaze you.

The whole team at Weird Window Cleaning was awesome. Parveen, was the first person who I talked to and she walked me through their services and was accommodating to my schedule. When the guys came out to clean the windows they were very professional. They listened to me and took my input and criticism and made the necessary adjustments. I would most definitely use them again.

I am rating this company solely based on the character of three washers, Joe, Martin, and Alex. After they finished their window washing job they helped a man in distress, a man they didn't know. They were trust worthy, helpful, honest, and caring. I'm sure they are as good as the next guy when it comes to washing windows, but I doubt you will find a more thorough team.

Parveen was incredibly responsive and so easy to work with. Luis showed up early and did a fantastic job on the windows. He was very meticulous and such a nice guy! Great service all-around.

Joseph did an amazing job on our windows. Also, there was some last minute churn with my schedule which caused Joseph to have to come out twice (my fault, not his), and he and the management were gracious and understanding about it - first class customer service all the way and my windows look beautiful and shiny.

Dealing with vendors in the city of Austin has proven to be extremely stressful and disappointing. Many show up late or worse, don't show up at all. With that being said, I was beyond grateful for the responsiveness and promptness of Weird Window Cleaning! Highly recommend! Joseph just left the house after doing all our windows inside and out and the screens as well. He was on time, very courteous and respectful of our property. As a long time Austinite I thought I would give Weird Window cleaning a try. Great name and great service. Joseph gave me an estimate and Rudy came out to do the work. Rudy is very proficient at window cleaning and two story homes pose no challenge for him. He worked quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased and my home looks so much brighter. No doubt will use their service again in the future.

We hired Weird WIndow Cleaning to come out and clean our windows at our home here in West Lake. They were punctual and professional the whole way through. They arrived and gave us an estimate in person and their prices were very reasonable. They cleaned all our windows and glass doors, screens, tracks and sills. They were also able to remove hard-water stains from several windows due to our sprinklers spraying them. We have used them twice now and strongly recommend them!

This is the second time I used Weird Window Cleaning to clean the interior and exterior windows of my home. Windows turned out beautiful! Clean, shiny and sparkling. Joseph was friendly, punctual, and reasonably priced considering the number of windows involved and the time it took to complete the job. I would highly recommend Joseph to anyone!

He did a beautiful job. I called him, left a message, and he called me right back, gave me a ballpark estimate, and we set up a time. His cleaning was much better, more thorough, than the last person we hired. He's a real perfectionist, even going back up on the roof a third time to get rid of a last streak (without being asked to do so). I had both the inside and outside cleaned, and about a third of our half our 29 windows are French windows.

These are very difficult, basically 9 small windows per window, and it's easy to leave smudges or streaks in corners. They're perfect. He's a very pleasant, responsible young man. I did comparison pricing. He wasn't the cheapest. He wast average in terms of price. But his work is WAY above average.

I recently purchased a living social to have my windows cleaned. Prior to purchasing, it requires you enter your zip cope to make sure you are within the approved radius. Mine was approved so I purchased it and scheduled an appointment. The first time, he asked to reschedule for personal reasons, which I was fine with. The second appointment, I left work early and ran home, only he never showed or called.

Once he finally returned my calls, he stated traffic was bad and he was working too late on his apt. prior to mine. So I gave him a 3rd shot, for a Saturday morning apt. He calls 10 minutes prior to my apt. stating there WILL be an additional mileage charge. I explained that was not the terms and conditions of the living social, but he did not care.

After confirming my address for weeks, he tells me this 10 minutes prior to my apt. Three strikes, you're out in my book. I told him not to come and I would get a living social refund. The most unprofessional vendor I have dealt with in some time. I will never know if he actually is a good window cleaner as I will make sure I do not deal with him again!
