The Weather Changers

The weather changers have been great to work with. They are professional and honest. They know what they are talking about and they are not trying to just get your business. All of the technicians that we've worked with have taken the time to explain what is going on and give us options in a non-pressured manner. All of the people that we have spoken to in the office about scheduling, types of systems, and options have also been so good to work with.

We were referred to them by friends who are also happy customers and we will definitely be using them and referring them to our own friends and family as well. We also love supporting a small family owned business!

I had two different firms come out to fix our AC. They all charge around $120 to just pull up in front of your house. The first company came out and said we may have a Freon leak, but it would cost $484 to run a test. That with the $126 "driveway fee" put us at over $600 and if there was no leak they would have to do more tests. I told them no thank you and paid them their $126 "show up fee".

Then Bobby from The Weather Changers showed up. Their "Driveway Fee" is $120, which includes all required testing. He first took time to determine what wasn't the problem. After about 30-40 minutes he determined it was an air flow issue as well as we were a pound short of Freon. After recommending a lighter filter for the furnace and putting in a pound of Freon, the final bill was $205 and our house is getting cool again.

Don't waste time with any of the other HVAC repair folks. Most of them pay their field folk commissions, thus the big estimates and needless expense testing. The Weather Changers do not pay commission. They are an honest, capable and reliable company. I wish I had crossed their path years ago.

I called The Weatherchangers for a rental property because the furnace would not come on. They made an appt with the tenant within 2 days. They showed up on time. Immediately upon completion they emailed me an invoice which I was easily able to pay online and they immediately sent a receipt. No complaints. Service: Heating system repair

I've had this company perform two services for me so far (indoor blower and A-coil R&R), both times they have been punctual and offered affordable prices for the work performed. They have even worked around the schedule of another contractor to perform a large project. Every service technician I've worked with from here has been friendly, involved me in the repair and none of them have used high-pressure sales tactics.

Office staff has been great too, showing attention to detail when communicating work orders to their team and providing accurate estimates. They are also responsive via e-mail which is very important to me. It's nice to find a company that will follow through with what they promise during the consult. Incredible service. I received 3 quotes to add AC to an existing Central Heat system. The Weather Changers beat the other quotes by more than $2500. I love this team! From the estimate, to dealing with the office team over the phone, to the team who came on the date of installation I can't say enough good. The quote came in below most others, Chris was professional and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. He listened to our concerns and helped us land on the best option within our budget.

They were able to schedule us quickly and the install took only a few hours. They were so prepared! They brought a broom to sweet up where they installed the thermostat, a garbage bag for their trash, etc. extremely professional and my house is ice cold! Plus they were all friendly and sweet to our nervous dog! I highly highly highly recommend this team! Be careful, other companies in the area quoted us 2x the price for less good systems. Here's the deal - I don't write reviews very often, but this company has been to our house twice to repair parts for an aging furnace (the ignition plate and the flame sensor). Bobby has come out both times, and he is patient, respectful, thorough, and friendly. I recommend this company to everyone. If you have a heating problem, call them first.

Customer service rep was great, and was able to fit us in to their busy schedule. Technician was also very friendly, efficient, and had us back up and running within minutes.

I recently switched to Weather Changers after being referred by a friend. They gave me a better quote on a new furnace for my attic. I like that Chris explained my options clearly and Samantha in the main office was super helpful. It was a much more personal experience than what I’ve become accustomed to over the years with the larger company I was with. I am happy to make the switch.

We used The Weather Changers a couple of years ago to fix a furnace and had a wonderful experience. So, when we bought a new house we decided to use them again to have the vents cleaned and the HVAC systems inspected. Chris and Aaron once again did an amazing job!

My heater broke down and when I called The Weather Changers the next day, Samantha was so nice on the phone and gave me a lot of information that helped me. Then when Chris came later that same day I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful he was. He even explained what he was doing which I thought was great.

We used them for a rental property and it was the most efficient process we've had with heat and air conditioning! Then there was our heater which was short cycling and it was going to be Neg 5 this week and out they came 7am. They could have told us just about anything and we would have paid to get it fixed.

Always professional and honest. Our first experience with them was a simple $60 fix. Since then they have installed a whole house humidifier, cleaned and serviced our HVAC system and cleaned our vents.

They did a great job installing a humidifer at my home. They gave me information on a lot of different types I could choose from. This was all done over the phone. They aren't affraid to talk pricing over the phone which I really appreicated. I have called companies in the past and they are so locked down you can't even get information without setting up an appointment.
