I've been working with Kasco since I inherited them as my restaurant equipment maintenance and repair vendor as a General Manager 10 years ago. They kept my older equipment working for my entire tenure, and always explained exactly what they were doing and why- keeping my trust perfectly intact for years. When we were ready to install AC in our house, I didn't even know if they did residential work.

I just knew I was completely unwilling to choose a new vendor if I didn't have to. Well I didn't have to. As homeowners, we all know there are plenty of sales guys out there. The ones who love to talk about how great they are? And the results are dubious at best? Kasco is the real deal. Honest, fair, transparent, highly skilled. if you're looking for any kind of HVAC work, you can stop looking here. I literally can't say enough good things about them.

At work, Evan has been the on-call tech for years. But when I needed ELECTRICAL help at home, Aaron came to the rescue. He was early too! He diagnosed the ballast issue, had the parts in his truck and an hour later I had light in the kitchen! Thanks Aaron!

Evan, Mike, Aaron were the most professional, inventive, never say never technicians that I will always love installing, doing the maintenance, general professional advice regarding my HVAC in my home. I am not a pro by any means and from the youngest to the oldest never hesitated in sharing what the process, expected timelines, the savings expected, their dependability and quality in workmanship and did I mention Never say Never attitude.

I mean believe it or not, every time I would mention to either of them a concern of mine they all ALWAYS had an answer. I mean, even if I wanted to get on their case about something, shoot.they even had an answer for that! A most gratifying experience while even dealing with my barking dogs. An experience like the one Kasco gives doesn't happen often but when it does.cherish it!

Evan with Kasco showed up right on time, followed COVID protocols, and was the epitome of professional. I called Kasco to give me a second opinion on a furnace issue that another company responded to a couple weeks back. While the other company was able to determine the issue, they couldn't determine the cause. Evan methodically inspected the system, figured out what was causing the issue and provided a temporart repair.

Before he even left the property, he priced the replacement part through several different resources in order to get the best deal, and provided me with an estimate. The entire experience was very smooth. I'm extremely appreciative for his dedication to detail, honestly, and thorough response. I will use Kasco got all future HVAC maintenance/repair needs.

We were very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of every person we dealt with at Kasco Heating and Air. We were looking for a reputable company to assist us with maintenance on our furnace, tankless hot water heater and whole house humidifier and were referred to this company by a friend. The scheduler, Andree, was very communicative and answered all of our questions.

He also contacted us in advance to move our appointment up after receiving a cancellation, which was very helpful for us. Our technician, Michael Blum, was punctual, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer all of our questions and help us figure out how to work our system more efficiently. We moved into our home about a year ago and were clueless on how to operate many aspects of our hvac system. Overall, we were happy with our experience with Kasco and will be using them again. We highly recommend!
