As a three-time user, my initial expectations were fairly high. I wasn't disappointed. Patrick, the technician, wasted no time in cleaning; inspecting; tuning, etc. both the furnace and air conditioner. He even replaced a 10ft. plastic tubing at no charge. I have, and I will in the future recommend Unique to anyone asking about a good service company for their HVAC needs.

The motor on my furnace shorted out. The first company I called came out and estimated the cost to replace the motor at about $1100. Knowing that the cost of the motor should be between $150 to $300 I thought $800 dollars for labor seemed to be high.

The Hot Surface Igniter went out on my furnace. After searching Home Depot's website I discovered on 26 April that they can order one for me and have it in by 12 May. This does me no good when the forecast indicates we're supposed to drop down below 40° tonight.
