Just had a wonderful experience with this company, our Ac went out tonight and called this company and they came out at 9pm after two other company's never returned my call, James called and was polite and professional he knew just what was wrong, my drain was clogged and had my ac shut off for safety reasons he unclogged the drain and had me cool air.

If you have extra money burning a hole in your pocket, then definitely call Travis heating and cooling to come diagnose a minor concern with your AC system. You will get to know them on a first name basis with the multiple trips and misdiagnosis. Three separate trips for the same concern and it still wasn't fixed. One of the trips they even wired the thermostat wrong and had to send the lead tech, who figured it out and called the other repairman back to show him how to do it correctly.really? Kept charging me for parts that did not fix the concern, and the owner, Travis, would not call me back. I finally hired another company to get the problem resolved.

My husband and I had wonderful experience working with Travis and his team. We purchased our home in 2016 and had problems getting heat and air in our master bedroom and one other room. Travis and his team completed a thorough evaluation of our home and found the problem that so many in the past did not. They found one of our returns collapsed due to the framing of the dutwork system.

The framing surrounding the ductwork was built with a 3 inch hole and should have been a 10 inch hole to properly fit the duct work (something the builder should have caught). Travis was able to partially connect the return so that we could get at least 40% of air and heat to our master bedroom. Our room feel so much better now. Prior to this we were using a fan in the summer and a heater in the winter in the master bedroom.

Called Travis late AM and arrived the same day at time specified. He provided a quick resolution to our AC not running after only a few minutes of evaluating the situation. After cleaning a clogged drain pipe and drained the water out of the pan on the furnace he had the air working. He stated that in time we would need a new Central Air Unit to replace our 18 yr old one but assured us that it was not necessary at this time. He showed a genuine concern for me, the customer. I highly recommend Travis Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs. I bought a house with the original HVAC units, Travis gave me options when I was in a crisis and saved me $$$. He maintained my dying air conditioner until I could afford a new more efficient unit and the install went seamlessly. Fast forward four years I came home one night to no AC blowing.

I called Travis Heating and Air and left a message. I received a text within 20 minutes and was able to schedule service. Travis came out first thing in the morning, resolved my issue immediately and performed a complete system check. His prices are most reasonable and he didn't try to up sell me on anything unnecessary. This is by far one of the most responsive, honest and reliable contractors I've done business with. 5 stars

When my ac system was starting to act up I got referred this company and they seemed on paper to be quite a dependable and reliable company. The problems began when they were one hundred percent sure what the problem was with my ac on four separate occasions. Each time it was charged and the problem remained. After the fourth time they pitifully attempted to fix the problem only then did they finally suggest to replace the ac system.

After pricing both of the different ac systems for the same price they soon became much more unresponsive and ghosted me worse than my ex girlfriend. The owner Travis claimed to be dependable and the only thing he became dependable at was pretending that he didn't exist.

This company was able to get a tech out when the company I have a maintenance plan with was backed up from all the rain we had recently had. He diagnosed the issue quickly as being 2lbs low on freon when the unit actually uses puron. I got in touch with the company I have a maintenance plan with and told them the diagnosis. They said they would have their tech out as soon as we had a good day.

I called Travis Heating and Cooling the next day to see if their was any lowering of the diagnosis cost($89) as their tech was only at my home for a max of about 10 mins. The lady was a little rude and said that was their charge and was unwilling to do anything about it. Forget about using this company again. The tech was very nice, but their customer service isn't pretty bad, especially in a time like this.

Travis is excellent to work with! I would highly recommend Travis for any HVAC or radon work in the homes of our friends.
