The service was simply amazing from the estimate, through the financing, installation, repairs, and follow-up. Edwin was our main point of contact and he is not only honest, but also respectful, transparent, and knowledgeable. This company has figured out how to simply "do-it-right", for they have teams for any disciple that might need to be involved during and after the project such as: HVAC, electricians, wall repair (handy-man), etc.

And even window installers! Moreover, they are very detail oriented in how they run conduit and connections. I have honestly never worked with a company that cared so much to even focus on cleaning after themselves. Love this company and strongly recommend to everyone!

Edwin or Super Edwin as he should be called saved the day! My A/C wasn't working and the thermostat was off. He worked me through the problem and provided excellent customer service. I would happily recommend this business for all A/C needs! I cannot thank Edwin enough for his help getting my A/C back up and running as the temperatures will reach upper 90's tomorrow.

Wonderful experience with Empire! Would highly recommend! All employees were so professional and kind. They all were very careful to ensure our cats did not get near the doors when they were coming in and out. They answered all questions and explained thoroughly. They cleaned up so well, you could not tell that they had even made an A/C installation. When we call regarding questions months after, they respond so quickly! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Edwin was the sales man that came and gave us our quote last summer. He explained to us exactly what we needed and told us our financing options. We weren't ready to proceed at the time but knew from his knowledge and professional that when we did proceed we would call him. Fast forward to last week my husband and I decided it was time to get our new AC system so we called Edwin and told him we were ready.

He came right out and set up the financing once we got approved gave us the options for install dates. Yesterday they sent a team in and finished everything very quickly and effectively. Adam was the lead technician at installation. He was very professional explained exactly what they were doing. They had to make an attic opening in my garage to finish install which I was made aware of before the hole was made.

Overall the service was excellent! The warranties that are included with our new system are also really great! My husband and I decided to finally pull the plug on getting refrigeration installed in our 63-year-old home. It seems like it gets more humid every year earlier. We called several companies that either said they were coming out and didn't or just flat out did not answer their phones or get back with us. Edwin from Empire Refrigeration setup an appointment and showed up promptly.

He was very professional and respectful and trustworthy. That was on a Friday and on Monday he had his workers out here ready to go. Within 2 days the install was done. There was a little hiccup on the first day but he had his guys out here the next day to fix it. Their work was very clean they closed up the hallway with plastic so dirt and dust was kept to a minimum.

The city came and inspected the work. They worked very fast. And if you're still on the fence about getting refrigerator please do it. What a difference. I highly recommend Empire Refrigeration.

Hugo and his team were very accommodating when it came to the install of our new unit. I live in AZ and Hugo was able to work with my schedule and have his team come out while i was visiting my mom. His team was great very professional and there to answer all our questions. It took about 4 hours from start to finish and the efficiency and timely manner his team works at is extremely impressive.

Jose was very professional, wore his mask, and explained the issue thoroughly after he was done. Mr. Martinez came to my house to provide the estimate and explained the process of the installation and the removal of the old swamp cooler and heater. Mr. Martinez's team were very friendly and professional. When all the work was completed, you could not tell that they were here. Mr. Martinez explained the maintenance of the new HVAC system and if I had any more questions to just call it text him. I will be referring Empire Refrigeration to friends and family.

After months of research, estimates and quotes from many other installers, I decided to try Empire and Hugo came over to our house and asked me what we were looking for in a new refrigerated air system; I said we needed something reliable, economical and with parts that are locally available in case repairs are needed. The Lennox unit that ultimately was installed in our house met these criteria and he gave me his own personal experience with this brand, which I didn't even know that they have been making AC units since the 1880's.

It was a quick process, he checked if we qualified for financing and after a few minutes, I was signing and making an appointment for installation. It is a big purchase for us, so that's why it took us so long to finally end up going with Empire, but it felt 'right' and had zero second doubts of our choice. It's only been two months since we've had it going, but it's running solid with zero issues and time will tell how it performs in the long run but for now we're happy with what was sold to us.

Not only that, but we were ultimately quoted a much lower price than the rest and the install included lots of extras even with the lower quote: wi-fi thermostat, new vent grilles, a box of filters good for a year and they even added another return air opening/grille to help with the AC's performance. Installers came in about an hour earlier and they did such an impressive, clean and fast install, that I was surprised at the amount of quality work they did in a short amount of time (about 5-6 hours) and they didn't leave until I was satisfied with the end result.

We had a million questions and Hugo and the installers answered and helped with each one; they even patched up the hole left by our old swamp cooler. One of the panels on the outdoor unit was damaged (bent) at some point during or before install and Hugo went above and beyond to get it replaced. The company that makes them kept sending the wrong size, or they got damaged during shipping; but even through all of those issues, Empire got them replaced with brand new ones. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasing experience and a great end result of what had been a stressful search for the perfect refrigeration conversion install.

A new 4 ton unit was installed in my house. Very pleased with service and price. All staff were very efficient, professional and knowledge, the person who set up the smart thermostat was super helpful. I purchased my unit back in 2017 and they did a fantastic job. Had a problem with my air conditioning not cooling and with one call Hugo and his crew came out and fixed it quickly. They were very honest and figured it out very quickly. Can't go wrong with purchasing a unit from empire refrigeration. They have a friend and customer for life. I recommend them 100 percent.

Empire Refrigeration was very responsive to my initial contact about getting a quote for a new refrigerated air split system. Mr. Martinez had a quote the next day and I was scheduled for install that week. The personnel were extremely professional and did a great job explaining what was going to be done. The work was done in a single day and the system was up and running.

The system runs great and the house is very comfortable now in comparison to the previous evaporative cooling which did not keep up with the heat. Angel, one of the employees was very helpful in assisting with the smart thermostat and made sure that all of the areas including the ducts were cleaned prior to leaving keeping with the professional work ethics I saw during the installation. I am thankful for choosing Empire Refrigeration and I would highly recommend them for AC work.

From my first contact with Empire and speaking with Mr. Martinez was an effortless experience. The estimate and the service performed was as promised. The technicians that came out were courteous and professional. They did the work and repaired any scratches due to holes that were drilled etc. I now have even and controlled temperature throughout my house. I highly recommend Empire for your conversion. According to the company, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, they informed me that they are only doing new installations. According to them, they do not have the technicians to go out for other type of calls. My call was regarding my A/C unit not cooling. So, if you see their ads/ commercials, like I did, it's for new unit installations.

These guys were fantastic. Edwin came by one day with the paperwork, we got the financing squared away and in 2 days they were here. They installed the proper system for a house our size. And they were done in one day. Then they came by to make sure everything was fitted properly. They even cleaned after themselves. Peter and Edwin were fantastic and answered all of our questions.

Excellent work expertise and knowledge they're straightforward and also detailed oriented I got my evaporative ac to refrigerated air centralized on one side of the house and the difference is significant from my second evaporative cooler now I have both evaporative and refrigerated cooling to use although I may switch to refrigerated air for the other side of my house another thing that's good is my electric bill and efficiency of the unit which is a Rudd ac and furnace installed my bill only came out to 78 dollars for the month of August running it twelve hours a day I was surprised overall great company to do business with I think it's awesome that I have a installed refrigerated air unit I would of never thought my home would have it being almost seventy year old house I still have more projects to do
