Backed into garage this morning when it wasn't quite up all the way and it wasn't a sight to see, for sure. Not the way to start a Monday or week for the matter but after reading some of the reviews I thought I'd give these guys a whirl instead of American Door or another flagship company that you are just a number to them.

I can't thank Bob enough for working with my schedule and installing a new door when it was convenient for me. He was professional, had great customer service and was very affordable. After the install, he walked me through all the operations and made sure our cars were correctly working with the Homelink system.

Best Garage Door Company in Charlotte! I called another company out and they charged me $100 to literally kick my garage door. Then I called Ameriserv and they came out fixed the problem and taught me how to adjust the safety eyes myself so I no longer have to call for a repair anytime my kids bump into it!
