I used Agape Air about 3 years ago, and have not had to do any repairs again until this year. At that time, I was so impressed with how professional and personable they were. They were very thorough, and educated me on how best to cool my house in the least expensive way and how to put the least amount of strain on my aging machine. My unit was installed in 2004 so was now out of warranty, so they were very fair with the pricing of the repairs.

I called them again a few days ago when my unit stopped working. and was equally impressed with their service as I was the 1st time. TheySince I was going to be replacing my unit, they did repairs to my existing unit to hold me over until my installation could be done, without charging me. I'm soooo impressed with this company, I recommend them to everyone I know!

I found myself in this very position my neighbors recommended Agape and I can't thank them enough for doing so. Tommy took the time to walk me through all the different options and scenarios to help me find what would be the best AC unit for my needs and budget.

There were no high-pressure sale tactics, just a friendly "we are here to help and get you the best solution for you!" Can't tell you how much that was appreciated. They even rearranged their schedule to get the unit installed fast as the situation was pretty critical. Having worked with OTHER companies I hadn't found that to be the case, as I was previously left with a broken AC for 5 days in 118 degrees after making a service request with a company, I had a monthly maintenance agreement with.

The Agape installation team was awesome, Luis, Dom and Nick! They showed up early, were very friendly, got everything installed, tested and cleaned up within a few hours. They took the time to show us pictures of everything, and walk us through the new system and unit. Tommy followed up later to make sure everything was as expected and said if we needed absolutely anything to call or text him directly and they would be right out.

The unit is working great, so much quieter and more energy efficient then our old unit! HUGE thanks to everyone at Agape! If you ever find yourself where I did, highly recommend that you call them, you will receive 5-star customer service and happy you did!

Excellent company! I was in a REAL crisis having to make a quick decision on how to survive the upcoming high heat and my A/C unit failing at same time of my long awaited roof replacement. Considering ALL options, they treated me like family. They explained ALL details, all options, repeated themselves until I had clear understanding and made accomodations! Their installation crew are great! I am 60 and have a few horror stories regarding contractors. I am relieved with tears of joy that this in not one of them!

We had two A/C units installed last summer through Agape Air. One works very efficiently, yet the other unit wasn't functioning properly- John came out right away to resolve the issue, free of charge. Both units are working well since John came to fix. We appreciate John's attentiveness to the issue, good communication, and thorough explanation/knowledge of what was happening. Highly recommend Agape Air- fair pricing, honest & professional. The whole experience was a positive one. The price was fair for an install of a new Heat Pump. Tommy replied quickly to all my inquires and the install by Tony and Ernesto was completed within half a day without any issues despite a tight attic space to work with. Definitely recommend. Great service and Price. Was extremely satisfied with the fix on my leaking A/C system. I used Agape Air to replace one of my units and the price was outstanding. 30% less than any other guys! They even gave me a great reference for drywall repair from the leaking unit.

As a single young woman who owns her own home, Agape air conditioning has been a life-saver! Tommy, John and the entire team have been nothing but courteous, respectful, and committed to providing me with the best customer service. After a couple of weeks of my air-conditioning displaying behavior that they can't quite pinpoint, Tommy has not charged me for two home service calls and has offered to see if my unit has an extended warranty. This type of service is unheard of these days, if you need a great team and company for your air-conditioning needs you must give them a call!

A friend recommended Agape and I have had annual service calls with Jon for the past three years. He is professional, courteous and generally a nice young man. Today I dealt with Tommy and what a helpful guy he was telling me he would have someone here within the hour as I had returned home to A/C not working. He then called me back to ask if my thermostat used batteries.after several calls he helped me with determining it did and if changed would save me a service call. Jon came anyway and popped batteries in and checked all was well.

Would not accept payment as "he was nearby". Seldom do you find the kind of service you receive with this company. I am very fortunate, especially as a senior, to have this firm as my A/C specialist and would highly recommend them to anyone for their work, honesty and caring.
